We recently stayed in these condos while on vacation. I loved the location! Right in between the ocean and sound. The condo was nice! Plenty of room for the 7 of us who stayed. Our balcony and several others were under construction at the time, but we made do without it. In all it was a great experience and would love to come back to this location again!

We had a great stay in December. We even started thinking about buying in this building! Was perfect for us. Mellow. Quiet. Nice. The water was fantastic. There seemed to be either many "snow birds" or owner occupants which is exactly our speed these days. Everyone we encountered was super friendly, kind, and helpful. There aren't a million codes for everything like some condos. Very much hope to come back here.

Palm Beach Club is a quiet and peaceful complex on the west end of the island. It’s the perfect place to unwind from my family’s hectic life. We stayed in Unit 103 and this unit didn’t disappoint. It was clean, decorated very nicely and has beautiful views of the sound. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the lania and watching the dolphins at sunset. The little beach is great for families with kids.

Great condo for the price. Manager was always available to answer any questions via vrbo. There are some renters and some owners living in the condo, the owners were very helpful sharing information about nearby things to do or see. There's a nice pool. One side of the condo faces the gulf and one side faces the bay and both are easily accessible.

Words cannot describe how much we loved it! We stayed on the gulf side about 15 years ago & were very pleased, so we looked to rent a condo there again when we went back last month. Everything was updated and just as nice as I remember. As the last condo on the island before you hit government property, its fairly private on the beach but still just a few minutes from restaurants and stores. We hope to return next year!

Way to many stairs for someone who has bad knees to go up and down just go to the bathroom and we wasn't told there was a elevator to help those. My husband Bill called so it fall back on us as we check out in the morning to let em know the front door wouldn't shut and as we come back from having dinner with our kids and grandkids the top window was all the way down and the chain was off the door . They said they would call the property manager to let em know. Someone was here cause someone cover the car back up from where it had blew off and front door is still not fix . I'm glad my husband did take pictures and video of everything before we all unpacked and said he going to do same thing again in the morning. Yes it was nice place to stay just wish there was a bathroom and at least bedroom on the same level as the living room

Perfect quiet location, clean area, great access to the beautiful beach we found our unit to be in desperate need of cleaning the floor. Table was very dirty, Needed 4 lightbulbs that we're out and decorations we're very tacky. There was a white metal kitchen cart in living room used as an end table I would definitely stay at this location but would NOT stay in our first floor 103 unit. I think owners did not have a good cleaning service.

Family stayed in unit 249 for our vacation. Dirty dishes and utensils had to be run through the dishwasher prior to use. Bedding is cheap, hospital grade sheets that do not fit properly. The master bed is noisy every time you move. Cheap furnishings, uncomfortable furniture throughout. Huge clump of hair removed from one shower so that water could drain. Black mold appears to be in at least 2 bathrooms. Loft headboard is broken with nails sticking out toward pillows. Nothing good to report about this unit. It should be gutted and redone. Pool is inadequate for complex and quite unimpressive. No real amenities to speak of. Will definitely not return. So disappointed.
