I could seriously write a 10 page essay about how much I loved getting married at Oyster Bay Yacht Club! Our very first tour of the venue, we were greeted by name with a glass of champagne. As soon as we left the venue, we 100% knew this is where we would be getting married!
The planning process was so easy thanks for Eleanor and Annika. From day one, the staff at OBYC went above and beyond to make planning as seamless as possible. We had regular meetings, phone calls, and email check ins. The entire planning process felt custom to us, from creating menus, drink options, decorations, and timelines. They were always there to provide advice and ideas for us. Two weeks out from the wedding, they take over for you (communication with vendors, timelines, and yes, even the small details) On the day of your wedding, they are at the venue at 8 am setting up, decorating, and directing vendors. Nobody had to lift a finger on the day of. They build time into the day for you and your spouse to enjoy each other and soak up every moment of peace. They made sure we were fed, got to eat appetizers, had something to drink and a moment to rest. It was truly the best experience and we were so blown out of the water!!! CHOOSE OBYC!!!!

The Oyster Bay Yacht Club is the perfect venue to host an outdoor wedding and indoor/outdoor reception. Their attention to detail, service, cleanliness, and responsiveness to your needs is second to none. The feeling of exclusivity and remote island ambiance made my son's wedding unforgettable. The capacity was limited to approximately 175 reception guests but that worked nicely for us. Parking is somewhat limited also but with trolley transportation to and from (arranged by us), our guests were able to enjoy themselves fully without the added stress of getting safely back to their respective hotels and locations. The food was delicious and the presentation was exceptional. I would highly recommend OBYC if you are looking for a storybook experience!

I can not say enough great things about Oyster Bay Yacht Club and their staff! Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful and like no other venue in the area, their staff goes above and beyond with every wedding to make sure that their clients are able to truly relax and enjoy their day to the fullest. They only work with the best vendors that they know they can trust to take care of their clients. They are responsive and helpful from start to finish in the planning process and are just genuinely great at what they do. Also, their food is amazing! We are truly lucky to have a venue of this quality in our area.

I had the pleasure to work with El and Annika for my wedding. We had a long engagement so we had been in communication and working together for over a year. Everything was seamless and as a person who has worked in events for years to not be even an ounce of stressed on your wedding day says a lot about how well they are at their jobs. I highly recommend Oyster Bay as a place for events/wedding you will fall in love with views and space but the staff are what truly will make your experience and event flawless. I had numerous people come up and tell me it was the best wedding they attended, the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. They truly curated a 5 star experience. We absolutely loved our experience with Oyster Bay. From the time I walked through the doors on my tour, I knew I would be getting married here and cancelled the rest of my tours. The team is fantastic. Ashtin and Cheyenne were so responsive and never hesitated to come up with ideas or help me troubleshoot a vender concern.

The bridal suite was absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't have picked a better place to get ready. Even better, the food and drinks were amazing! They worked to coordinate food options that met my limited food options and it was the first wedding I had been to where I heard nothing but great things about the food (something I was concerned about since it was buffet style).

Cheyenne also did an amazing job setting up the venue day of, which was no easy feat given that I had gone over tons of diagrams of my visions the week before. She perfectly executed my plans and made sure the day flowed absolutely smoothly.

I cannot say enough about how great our experience was at Oyster Bay!

Best place to get married!!! This was the best place my husband and I could have picked! Cheyenne and her team made our elopement dreams come true! They helped us stay in budget while bringing our boho/rustic dream a reality. They are so kind and helpful during the craziness of COVID. They are the sweetest and most professional team. I encourage anyone to check them out because you won't regret it!!! They planned everything for us and we had no stress :)! Thankful for them.
