I have really enjoyed living here for the past year, and I think that it’s a beautiful place without a lot of noisy roads. I quite often see a good amount of beautiful wildlife such as deer and sand hill cranes. I would say the rent is fair, too, considering the distance from where I work.

We live at the south end of the park, used to be very quiet, now the toll road is sooo loud and annoying in the mornings now.
Among other issues, they just don't know it, yet!!!

Would like to talk to owner your office lady called me and talked to me like I was garbage I have taken many pics of tenents parking on grass and there junk every where I have zero problem moving my truck the problem is how I waa treated and talked to when shes not telling other people to move there trucks and cars to the drive way

It's nice to see the change in the park. We are all adults and I don't see the issue with smoking or vaping in the pool area. As long as we are not leaving cigarette butts laying around. I heard the reason for this rule was because of the KIDS!!! WHy punish the rest of us?This honestly is silly, we have pool monitors to watch adults but they we have kids running ramped causing damage to property or stealing stuff. If we need pool monitors y don't we have laundry room monitors Or gym monitors?..
O wait we have no gym. I normally don't say anything but want my voice to be heard. There are more serious issues that should be addressed. Like the people who think they are qualifying for nascar when drivingin here...the water not being drinkable at least once a month. What about pet owners that don't pick up after their animals when they poop? You don't give them a fine.
