First time playing here and really enjoyed it. It's a great course for beginners or intermediate players like myself. Fairways can be tight but very playable. The greens are challenging in that they are wavy and irregular, but nicely kept. The greenery, flowers, water and bunkers make it visibly pleasing. The lounge/restaurant looked great and the pro shop was nicely stocked.

A solid good experience all around. Well maintained and a great layout, but is short in length. Enough challenge still exists to make it fun for intermediate and advanced players ( depending on pin placements and chosen tee box ). Can be pricey - like most every course has become. Real nice beautification efforts are present.
Definitely give this place a try, the staff does a great job.

Interesting track. No driving range is a bumber, but what it lacks it makes up with a tight front 9 with challenging fast greens! The starter Brian is friendly and knowledgeable. Front nine is strictly for your irons if you want to score. 10-18 you can use driver/3wood. Nice walk, nicely maintained with work being done on a number of Tee boxes.

Great all around experience from the personable pro shop to staff and grounds keepers. The course is also a nature center with exceptional views, challenging fairways and fast greens. Restaurant staff also did not disappoint with hospitality, service, food and drinks. I am looking forward to my next round.

The pro shop staff was not friendly at all. I expressed interest in course souvenirs since I have not been back to Norwalk in 10 years. No assistance whatsoever. The course is in great shape and greens are smooth.

After coming here I was curious to check out the reviews. I was not surprised when I immediately found a review reporting on the unkind and inflexible pro shop staff. I do not golf, but my fiance does, and I will frequently ride along in the cart with him as he golfs. We have done this at several courses and it is never an issue. The staff here, however, acted as if this was the biggest inconvenience in the world to them, thus making us feel very unwelcome. They even asked that we go so far as for me to rent clubs from them even if I don’t use them— clearly they just need to find a way to profit from me tagging along. I do hope it was worth it for them as they have now lost a potential future customer and I will also let my friends know (who like to also ride along with their significant others) to not bother trying this here because this course is clearly not flexible enough to handle minor inconveniences in their day to day business.

Not surprised by the reviews. I also don't come here anymore because the pro shop staff (men) have been continuiously pompous, short spoken, unaccomodating, and generally just rude and act like they dont want to be there and I am inconveniencing them with my presence. Its really unfortunate. I like the course, but won't spend money here ever again.
