My brother passed away in 1/2/2023 and I was tasked with selling his home which had been previously damaged by hurricane Ida. I talked to several realtors and each one wanted to low ball the selling price of the home. I have sold a couple of homes in the past and they do this for a quick sale but David Kosmas of NSB thought we could sell the home for more then anyone else. I liked David right away and felt like he was honest and trustworthy. I should add that I live in Nebraska and with a damaged home I was going to need someone I could trust in Florida to help me. We hired some people to do the repairs along with a new ac system and he would go over there and monitor the progress of the work being done on several occasions. David went above and beyond what most realtors would do to help with the work that was needed to be done. I should add that this was not a million dollar property but one that he negotiated the price at $191,500.00 so it was not a big money maker for him. That price was about $30,000 more then the other realtors. He always responded to all my texts and phone calls and answered all the questions I had for him. I can't thank him enough for all the time and effort he put into the sale of this house. Thank you David.
