En julio adquirí un paquete de 5 clases basado en lo que ofrecían en la página web. Recibí la primera clase. Totalmente decepcionado con lo básico de la clase ( nada de lo ofrecido en la página web). Pedí el reintegro de las 4 clases restantes. Me dijeron que no era posible. Nunca se firmó ningún documento quise hablar con la manager.( no me devolvió la llamada ). Hablé con el director deportivo y comentó que no había devolución. ( prácticamente me tocaba recibir las clases aunque no estuviera satisfecho ) por el contrario este señor enviaba mensajes de texto confirmando unas clases que desistí tomar. Me tocó reclamar en el banco. Nunca entendieron que ellos ofrecen una experiencia y que si el
Cliente no está satisfecho no lo pueden obligar a recibir un servicio el
Cual considera que no es el adecuado. El servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Recomiendo si van a tomar algún paquete. No paguen hasta no ver el plan de entrenamiento aunque sea una clase. ( ya que tener a un profesor que tire la bola para golpear, no hay necesidad de pagar!) Una pésima experiencia. Esperando respuesta del banco. Ya que la
Academia se quedó con mi dinero por un servicio NO prestado.

At this tennis center, there are several tennis courts available. We visited the center to enroll our grandchild in tennis lessons. Initially, they offered a 2-hour trial, which we gladly accepted. The tennis instructor engaged closely with the children, and our grandchild, holding a racket for the first time, discovered a love for this sport. We are now considering arranging private lessons here as part of a structured program.

Used to play here quite often. Courts are in fact in great condition. Unfortunately they require to sign the waiver with a lot of personal information which I was not comfortable to share. The management, specifically Sara (who claimed her as a director) was very rude and unprofessional. When I refused to provide my personal information she threatened me with calling the police and use several verbal manipulations so make me feel ashamed and guilty. That is definitely not the customer service I would expect here. So that was the last time I played here. If you have other places to play - don’t bother with this one.

Easy to deal with. Called and showed up. Minimum was $10/person for 1.5 hours (even if you don't stay that long). Har-Tru clay courts are cool to play on. They do leave a lot of green sand on your shoes. There are several shoe brushing and washing stations on the property. We were able to get loaner rackets for free just by leaving ID at the pro shop.
