Noonan is a great place for toddler swim lessons. We’ve tried other places, but this is the cleanest and has great structure. You know exactly what skills need to be executed to promote to the next level.

Ella in 4S location coaches my special kid to his best potential and has been doing a phenomenal job. The best thing that Ella does is her adaptability to kids moment and coaches what's the best way to keep the kid engaged through the session and make the kid learn.

Great for the kids my son loves his time at noonan pool. His instructor is very understanding of my 4 year old and hearing his worries. I appreciate the effort in making him feel comfortable. I would recommend this place for kids.

So awful! Their pool is the size of a goldfish bowl, and the kids learn NOTHING! My 3 were there almost a year and they don’t even teach the basics. We switched schools and in two months they were all doing full laps!

I am really disappointed with this location. But before that, the good part. The facility is state of the art - the heated indoor pool, plush showers, abundant changerooms, ample seating area, overall cleanliness of the facility. The aspect that really lets them down is the coaching. There are only about 2 or 3 "permanent" good coaches here, and the rest is really a floating, often incompetent (for teaching little kids) and ill-trained, cast. There are, often, "too many kids" in the pool, and it really gets crowded into really narrow pockets. Then there's this frequent cancelation of classes, and even more frequent change of coaches, to the extent that it's almost impossible to get any decent streak with one coach. The 1 or 2 "good" coaches are very hard to get assigned to, and even if you do, they will either frequently cancel or move on. The 30/3 sessions, which is where, probably, the bulk of the kids get enrolled in, is a waste. It's about 10 mins per kid, and not even that, because in that 10 mins the coach also has to "baby-sit" the other kids. All these factors really lead to poor development of my kid's skill, and it took forever to move "levels". It often feels like "play time" in the pool, than learning serious swimming. Overall I felt, that if you treat this as your "primary" source of swim lessons, then the outcome will be disappointing, however this can be a good fun place to visit, if the kid is getting his/her "serious" lessons somewhere else.

My daughter has been coming here for about a year and has progressed nicely. She loves teacher Abby and she always knows how to get her to get in the pool even if its tough love at times. Abby has been great for our daughter. I had a chance meeting with the owner I believe it was Monica Noonan. She was very kind and attentive to our daughters needs. Great place and highly recommend. Front desk could use some help answering phones but aside from they have been perfect for us.

I absolutely dint like this location. Initially i was given an instructor who hardly was teaching any techniques and i asked for change of instructor and they immediately accommodated and changed the instructor. The instructor was good but hardly she taught for 1 class and there is change of instructor.. Again they assigned me to another instructor who taught one class and change of instructor. The instructor keeps changing every class and the new instructors are new trainees who really are not teaching properly. So unhappy with this location.

This place is extremely bad!!! First, the front desk is horrible, not friendly, and rude. Second, they cancelled my son schedule multiple time due to no instructor available. Third, my 14 yo son was placed with the group of 2 years old kids. Every swimming lesson has their own rule to name the level for each class especially if you come from different states. They didnt explain what green, yellow stand for! They should test every future student 1:1 before places them to any class or level!!! I extremely dissatisfied!
