Continued to train new employee while I waited with my newborn in tow. Missing documentation on their end from my lease. Office hours are NOT updated on their website or on Google search, couldn’t even make an appointment if I wanted to. They don’t answer the phone

The young lady at the welcome center from Connecticut could not have been nicer.
Nocatee is a very nice place.
Than my wife and I went to look at model homes.

The gentleman at the ICI model was most professional and polite.

The unprofessional jerk at the Toll Brothers model should be fired........
We walked in to a home that we could afford and he could only dream of....
My wife was well on her way into the " Model Home " and I was a little behind her.
This rude little man pop's out of his little cube and Barks at me "This house can no longer be built here, I only sell the townhouses in a different location"..... My thoughts were If the home is a model and it is opened we shouldn't be able to look around ?
My wife wanted to look at a Toll Brothers house, period!
He then repeated himself.
The younger New York Irish Marine would have reacted much differently. I asked my wife to just leave. She wanted to look ?
Dear Toll Brothers please find a more professional person to REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY!
He is not a good face for your highly respected business.
Obviously he doesn't realize that you built Coastal Oaks ....

An absolute oasis. The helpful staff will set you up with everything you need when deciding if the community is right for you. Hint: do you like driving golf carts? And if you’re already a resident, there are amenities abound.

Hyper-aggressive staff at 'welcome' center are determined to give their spiel.
The female attendant has a booming yet high-pitched voice. Headaches ensue. She will repeatedly interrupt you reading an enlarged map or flyer - of which there are many.
A used-car sales attitude, in a Karen package. Meh - no thanks.

The community ambassador we met with was so kind and helpful in informing us about everything Nocatee and St. John's County. Got to tour the water park and grounds and met with some builders afterwards.
