Excellent customer service from start to finish. I first inquired about a product and Lauren was super helpful walking me through the options and actually finding a better product for me. Lauren's service is second to none. She responded shortly after I inquired about the used Parabody Smith Machine and answered every question I had about the machine and delivery from CT to Long Island. Lauren even continued to help me after the sale and delivery making sure that I was happy with the machine. Buying a used machine that you can't try because it's already disassembled is a tall order but the machine is practically brand new and has far exceeded my expectations so I can't say enough about Lauren and her team at Used Fitness Sales. I contacted the sales representative through LetGo. The sales process was smooth and easy. All products appeared in person as they looked in the photos. Locations is a bit tricky to find, but it’s worth it. I’d recommend everyone purchase equipment from this company. I’m very happy with my purchase and satisfied with the service and quality of the product. I bought a Spinning Bicycle. It’s the same exact one that’s in the gym. Its in good condition. Workers opened it up and checked it before I left. Great buy. Thanks !

Spencer and Lauren were so helpful and found us a great Precor 835 AMT at a great price! They had a few models available for us to check out. I am soooo happy with the quality! I wasn't sure how buying used would work out for my bad knee, but they put in new parts and fixed it up, and it feels as good as new. And the delivery guys they use went above and beyond to get it down my basement stairs (I didn't realize they were steep but they got a couple of pieces off and back on quite expertly to get it to fit). Such nice people all around and a great experience, and the purchase even comes with an included warranty (1 year parts, 6 months labor).
