We enjoyed a lovely month here. It was well equipped, spacious and clean. There were ample linens and towels. The proximity to the beach is the highlight, a quick walk even for kids. The outdoor shower is great. The Wi-Fi for working remotely was reliable and fast. We really enjoyed SoNapa restaurant and the Mon Delice French bakery. My kids loved the playground only a few blocks south we walked to on the beach. We would return!

My family and I stayed at New Smyrna Vacation Rentals in Chateau by the Sea-30C and had the best time. The condo overlooked the beach, had exclusive access to the beach within a short walk and a private pool. There were 4 adults and two littles in our group and we had a ton of space and it felt like home away from home. The condo was beautifully decorated, the amenities provided from the kitchen to the bathroom were above and beyond. I travel as part of my career and have seen a lot of hotels and rental spaces and this by far has been my favorite.

If you have littles, rest assured that you’re in good company with other families, a pool and a park nearby.

You’re also within driving distance of Daytona for shopping if you need to get out or Orlando for rainy days. Although, there is more than enough food options and activities within a 3 mile radius.

The location is amazing. Beautiful views. The kitchen is equipped with any thing you could possibly need to cook the entire stay if you want. The bed was sooo comfortable. Great spot to get away. Communications with them was awesome and quick!

Stayed in condo 30C at Chateau by the Seas. This condo had the perfect location on the beach with wonderful balcony views of the ocean and the complex court yard and pool. This condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained, which made it very hard to go home !

Great place. Nice, Quiet and well maintained condo. Very low key with great residents. We even had one of the neighbors invite us to a cookout they were have for the condo residents. Although New Smyrna has grown, its one of the last "small beach towns" and we will definitely be returning to stay in this condo.
