Best thing I did when I moved to the Cape is join this club! I now have friends for life! My husband is a homebody, so with this group I can go have fun with friends. Activities from dances (which are my favorite) & kayaking to just enjoying a drink while supporting a local restaurant. This group has it all. Highly recommended! Pictures are of our latest excursion to Blossoms & Brie (a farm restaurant).

Can you make friends and have plenty of activities and experiences in the group? Absolutely! Any type of activity you could think of is probably already in this group! Or after joining, you can start one and watch how it grows fast. Being new in town can be lonely. You don't know where to meet people. Look no further than the New Resident Club of Cape Coral. Join and do as much interaction or as little as you desire. This group started in 1967 so it's successful for all new Cape Coral residents to become a tribe.

We are so glad we became members of New Residents Club 2+ years ago. Our group, In Deep Ship, has monthly potlucks along with other random outings. On occasion, the men in our group play poker while the women get together to watch a movie, play games, etc. We all get along so well and we truly enjoy each other's company.
