Kyle, Katie, and their team of fitness experts are amazing! I've been a member for a year and I've seen my body transform during that time. My initial goal was to get in shape before I turned 50, and it definitely happened, in just a few months. With a very bad back and other issues, it's been a challenge to get me into shape, but they have worked hard to make it happen. By modifying my exercises and creating personalized workouts that won't aggravate my back pain, we've been able to work together to optimize my workouts. I love that they can do that, and I love that they set up the machines and exercises for their clients so we don't have to think too much; we focus on exercising and they focus on the rest. This is especially wonderful at 7am! I can't recommend Muscle Farm enough!
