I went to the store, asked for a knee brace for my wife and the guy told me to check Walmart or Dicks because they can't compete with them on that (No idea what he meant) even that I didn't care about the price. I told him that I already checked with them but they didn't have a good one. Even with that, the guy told me to try other places. Then I asked for a good pickleball paddle for beginners because my wife and I wanted to upgrade ours then the guy told me no, you don't need one, just play for six months then come back. I'm sorry but all those responses from him were totally wrong. I'm plying with my wife almost every day because we want to improve our skills and we already see the need for an upgrade on paddles. Then he recommended me to buy the right shoes to play and I told him that we already have them. I was totally lost with him. My intention was to spend money on what I needed (better paddles and a knee brace) but I received a no from him for both items but they tried to sale me shoes that I never asked for.

Make no sense, as a business owner I learned many years ago that you need to listen your clients needs, then you make recommendations and then go by what the customer is asking for. Not the other way around and this is a basic common sense.

I just went to demo paddles here! I didn’t realize how popular it is to do so most paddles were out already. Talked with a worker there and he was very helpful in helping me pick out other options that have been great so far! He also explained and helped me figure out a way to get the demos I want to try! Looking forward to trying more paddles!

My daughter started playing tennis and this is actually the first tennis store that we ever stepped in, they are very accommodating and patient in explaining everything and honest enough what I do not need and what i need for my daughter just starting out. I will drive here from Wesley Chapel due to the experience I got, I didn't feel embarrassed to ask newbie questions

Nice store and friendly staff . They have good collections of tennis racquets and related accessories. They almost have all the brands and models . I liked the demo program with them and with no buying pressure they were very helpful to suggest me the right racquet .very professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t mind driving 30 mins to this shop every time because of their service.

Stopped in to check this place out. Friendly staff with quite the selection of rackets and other tennis accessories. Staff greeted us when we arrived and answered all of our questions. Their prices for re-stringing a racket seemed quite reasonable. I'll definitely come back here for my tennis needs.

I purchased a $300 paddle from this company. The paddle was recalled by the manufacturer, and we were instructed to return this paddle to the retail outlet for a refund. Steve and the reps at MP decided they did not have to honor the recall and told refused the refund. I was forced to certified mail the paddle to Steve at MP and document this with my credit card company to initiate a chargeback to get my refund. Others who purchased from big box and internet-based websites were refunded instantly. Stay away from these questionable guys. Use the internet and big box to be safe.

Like others I purchased a paddle from this store, and it was recalled and refund offered when you returned it to the retail location. "Steve" refused to help me with this problem and told me to call a local rep. After trying to call this rep from the store and for the next handful of days from home with no result I called the company the recalled the paddle directly, they told me to go back to the store and they will issue a refund. I went back and they refused again. I am stuck with a paddle that was recalled and can't get a refund. "Steve" was very rude and borderline aggressive when I tried to get help from his store. I would not buy from here when there are so many better options that will stand behind your purchase. BEWARE
