Traveled a long way to go there. No one greeted me when I came in. Older guy at the counter didn't say a word the entire time I was there despite standing 5' away from me. Awkward. Spent over $3000 and they don't say thanks, bye, nothing. Just awkward silence as I walked out. Never spent that much money and felt completely unappreciated. There was one guy slightly friendlier but I could tell they all acted similar to a degree. Strange culture they've got going there. It was like I paddled out at their local break and they were vibing me.

I just had Thule cross bars put on my vehicle, Dustin was so helpful, kind and efficient, went above and beyond to help me and they install at no extra charge! Everyone I interacted with there was warm, friendly and knowledgeable and if they weren’t they’d find out for me. A real retail experience, like the old days ?10/10 highly recommend

Summertime - great time of year for great deals on snow ski and board equipment. Stopped in and got a fabulous and free tutorial on the latest in board technologies, as well as a few suggestions on what my next board should be (answer: probably another set of skis). Staff was super friendly and a wealth of knowledge.

Went in today a few minutes after opening to buy two pairs of snow board boots for my gf and I..

At first glance it was quite busy and it seemed like we would need to get in line for help, not a problem, we did.. I managed to ask a clearly free floor hand if I could get help with sizing and they pretty much started giving me a run around about “it’s a fitting process so we’ll be right with you when someone can help you with that..” Waited thirty minutes before I was able to get a footwear employees attention.

I was asked if I needed help and I proceeded to tell the employee that I’m pretty much sold on the Vans boots for me, and that i really just need help with sizing/stock in order to make my final decision and purchase.. He recommended I go up half a size and that he had that size in stock in slightly different model..

I am sold on the Vans look so model/color/price wasn’t something I was totally concerned about as long as I could find them in store and put my hands on them.

(everything was okay up until this point)

I responded that that was totally fine, and that I would like to try it on for size.. he then replied that, “you can’t try them on unless you buy them”

I was immediately taken back, keep in mind, I had just watched this same employee pull three different boots out for the last guy, ended up telling his customer “so you’re going to think about it for a little?” (Literally put the words in the customers mouth), proceeded to tell the customer to buy cheaper goggles online, and then watched him leave.

What kind of sales department are you running?

And those double standards

If that employees goal is to not sell, he’s doing fantastic!.. At least in that first hour.

I immediately walked out because I didn’t want to cause a scene..

I’m extremely disappointed with your sales service and will gladly take my money elsewhere.

maybe the only snowboard shop intown, ski and snowboards and gears for sale, bought our snowboard boots and had our snowboard bindings inserted here. friendly staff. will come back for waxing. free sticker with purchase.
onething worth to know is parking highly limited.

We rent our ski gear here every year. This is a local, family run business. The staff really know their stuff and are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful; and they carry great gear! Highly recommended.
