I attended 2 trips this winter as a guest in 2025. I am a single woman (age 53) so I was nervous about going there alone. There were people of all ages and plenty of people over 40. This is not a singles group. Most people were married or attached but you will make some great new friends. I was welcomed by everyone. I had a room mate in individual single beds. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy with clean towels and sheets. There was plenty of hot water to shower. Everyone sat together to share meals. The meals were delicious! They had a happy hour and an evening by the fire place. The best part was that I had people to ski with on my level and was welcomed into ski groups to stay together and ski all day. They were also welcoming of beginners and helped them get set up with gear and lessons. Bring warm, water proof, layered ski clothes and gloves. The trip runs like clockwork and is well-organized to be on time at the slopes and so you are never kept waiting. Overall it was an excellent experience!

Having been a member of Miramar for over 5 years now I can tell you this is a well organized, well run ski club. I've been skiing since the last century, was in many lodges and in another ski club. Miramar is the best. The members are dedicated with a high spirit of volunteerism. Our lodge in the Mad River Valley of Vermont is like a second home we cherish and care for. We enjoy each other's company and welcome all guests.

My boyfriend and I recently attended our first trip with Miramar over new year's weekend and I'd like to share that we had an amazing time skiing at Sugarbush and Killington! The bus ride was easy and fast, the lodge was clean and cosy, the food was incredible and the sense of ski comraderie was heart-warming!

We look forward to taking another trip with them soon and introducing more ski friends to this great group!

We love this club! I've been a member for several years and it has positively impacted my life in so many ways. I've had lots of great seasons of skiing at Sugarbush, Stowe, Mad River Glen, and Killington, and made so many friends. I don't know what I'd have done without it. Try it, you'll like it, as the saying goes!

Have been a member for two years and this is the best club for skiing. The lodge is well managed, clean, the food on the weekends is great. The other members are friendly and welcoming. Best thing I did to make skiing more fun!

If you’re in the tri-state and love skiing Sugarbush Miramar is a fabulous club. I’m a new member and already have ski buddies I’m so looking forward to skiing with again this upcoming season!

I just re-newed my Miramar membership at the associate level because I'm not ready to give up on the club. I've had alot of fun at the VT house over the years, but I am a cross country skier and am very sad that the club rarely, if ever, goes to Stowe any more. Hands down Stowe has the best xc ski areas. I understand the issues for downhill skiers/snowboarders with the passes. I remain hopeful that the club can manage a trip or two to Stowe this season

I’ve been a member of Miramar Ski Club for 15 years. I’ve made so many good friends through the club, who I never would’ve met through work, or my daily life. In addition to the weekend ski trips during the winter and the summer trips on the summer holiday weekends, people get together throughout the year for activities in and around the city - hiking, biking, movies, happy hours, dinners - you name it! I am so glad I joined 15 years ago - Miramar has enriched my life.
