I miss Michael's fishing club meetings I always learned something very interesting and useful along with getting to meet some new friends/ fishing club members who make you feel like a family.
I just can't get over how Harmony Communities wrongfully took everything they owned leaving them homeless on the streets. The park owner should have to be put everything they made so many victim's of illegal eviction go through.
The owner Matt Davies is a real dirtbag and karma will be around to visit him soon.

This is a wonderful place everytime I've gone to visit my friends who live here. There was a review that said it flooded and the whole park was under water, that's not true. The Flood happened at a place called Turtle Beach which is Located in another area away from here. There was not and has never been any Flooding that happened in this Mobile Home Park . I've meet other people who also live here that were very friendly and very nice. They all wave as they go by. The places I've seen are kept up very nice. Yes there is a gated area that you have to drive through in order to get to the Mobile Home Park ,but I've never had any problems getting through the gate ,whether I'm driving or taking an Uber sometimes. If you happen to drive through and see a little piles of wood or leaves it's usually because the people or either cleaning there yards or doing maintenance or work on there place. I've never seen any places that were falling apart or being kept nasty or dirty. So far the places that you thought were a mess from what I've seen were being work on or repairing parts of it..I think it's a nice quiet place to be. It's reminds me of being in the tropics when I visit my friends place because of all the beautiful palm trees surrounding their home.

I’ve had the pleasure of driving through a few times and haven’t been put off by what I’ve seen. For the most part everyone cleans up after themselves and leaves a presentable appeal to their home. Basketball hoops and childrens toys/bikes are left out front most times which proves it’s a respectable community with little their activity.
I have seen a couple units go up for sale and am attempting to purchase one as I type this. So hopefully one day I can update this review as a member. I have seen a couple of the homes are unoccupied or just outright run down (not many just about 2-3) I’m trying to get in contact with the manager and have knocked on the door a couple times with no answer, next I plan to leave a note unless anyone has contact information for management.

Otherwise seems like a wonderful place and I hope I get to wake up to lakefront views one day.

Beautiful views here. It could be amazing and has potential. It is an older park and it does not offer any extras. No clubhouse pool or anywhere to meet. No vistor parking. Residents do not have anywhere to park if they have more than two drivers. Cars are parked in places that they should not be. Dirt bikes are rode through out the day everyday like it is a lap track. I decided to leave this review as I was online with my doctor I could not hear the visit due to the dirt bikes. My windows and doors were closed. Last night at 1:08 am I was not suprised to hear boom boom music in ones car. Very inconsiderate people. The new thing is going around the block in a make shift pool in a bed of a truck. It is so embarrassing. I have recieved letters from the property owner management as everyone does but ignores. The first letter was four days after I moved in telling me to clean the porch. The items seen on the porch were being moved into the house as a moving truck was outside. The second letter was when they went into the backyard without giving a 24 hour notice to take pics of my lawn in the backyard after a rain storm and told me to mow it. Never did anyone follow up on any request that they made. I would not recommend this park.

I love this mobile home park it's so pleasant the houses aren't jammed up close together the grass the lake is wonderful and I love that there are families adults teenagers children so it's a family park it's very nice

It's an okay place to live. Some people here are really sweet and some people here definitely live up to the Trailer Park Trash stereotype...... prices are decent enough. Nice living on the water

Hard to find. Have to access mobile home park through a secured coded HOA gate because they built the houses around the park. Very inconvenient...just sayin
