I'm giving this one 3 stars and that's with some grace given that they are under construction. There's not really anything that sets this course apart, and it was in pretty rough shape. It's an older course, I rented clubs and they were at least 6 years old. Price was decent though.

It’s a relaxing course with friendly staff. I can tell that it’s going to get even better as they’re working on the clubhouse and driving range now! I just wish I could see most of the holes when I’m driving

I can’t thank the pro, Scott, enough for his kindness and service! After driving home from a tournament at Mayfair CC, I realized I completely spaced and left my clubs at the course. Thankfully, the staff noticed and brought my clubs inside so they weren’t stolen. I was able to get in touch with Scott after-hours, and he personally volunteered to arrive at 6am the next day so that I could get my clubs urgently, as I need them for an important event the next day. I am so grateful for this level of service and quick communication. The golf course is a fun layout and the greens roll fast. Scott is a true pro! Thank you.

A great track. I have played at Mayfair since 2014. Just played it this week. The greens and fairways were in good shape. A few fairways had some rough parts. My two negatives. The rough was really rough, and some tee boxes were chewed up. Keep it up Mayfair. Look forward to the new clubhouse and playing there soon! Also Willie is the man!!!

This is the worst course I’ve ever played, both tee boxes and fairways are in very very poor condition, you can’t even tell where is fairway for most of holes. Only greens are in ok condition, at least the ball rolls well on it. Layout is also weird, no boundaries between holes. Luckily nobody got hit. No marshals, no drink cart, no hole map on the scorecard, basically nothing. So we were very frustrated at the first because we know nothing about this course and can’t even tell which direction should we go at hole 3. Well it is a cheap course though. But you can’t have a fun game here.

I live within walking distance of this course and I will likely not play this course again. They over book worse than any place I’ve ever seen. They regularly allow parties of 7-8 and it absolutely kills the flow for everyone else. I’ve played two rounds here within the last 3 weeks, the first was behind a group of at least seven people. This round got off to a bad start as the course was over booked (per usual) and we had to wait for a cart, but ultimately saved by heavy rain, a lot of people (the large group included) cleared out and we were able to play at a regular pace. The last round was the most miserable round of golf I have ever played. We were behind a literal line of people on every tee box after the first. We had to wait 10-15 minutes on every hole before we were able to play. I think I made it through 13 holes (after 4.5 hours) before I gave up… It’s unfortunate because the greens fees are great and the course is okay, just mismanaged and HEAVILY over booked.

One of the worst golf experiences in my life. Through over two hours of golf we finished just 5 holes. The course was so overcrowded that our group was waiting for 10-20 minutes per shot.

This was ridiculous and made our golf experience terrible.
