Fun layout, plays shorter than the posted yardages. Greensboro were in great shape, roll very true. Driving range to warm up and practice green that was same speed as greens. Staff is very polite and helpful. Beverage cart on course. Well stocked pro shop. Greens fees are Very reasonable!

My golf game was horrible today. I shot 45 over - what a tragedy. I thought my life was over until I saw Bailey. The way that she walked over to my table was so sexy. She served me a vodka redbull and burger with such perfection. Magnolia Point, I suggest you promote this girl asap. She is your biggest asset.

We took a group of 23 to the restaurant after a wedding rehearsal and opted not to use a special room but rather to eat in the regular restaurant (no additional charge). For this large of a group we needed a reservation with preselected orders. This was perfect as when we arrived each seat had a name place card and the staff knew exactly who was to receive what. Deneen sent me a menu which I uploaded to the group chat so it was super easy.

The staff was on point, the venue was beautiful and the food was delicious! It was seemless and everyone loved it.

Edit: Used to love this course, but they really let it go downhill the past year. I'd previously given it a 4.5/5 but now it's closer to a 2.5/5. Hopefully they can make improvements - greens, cart paths, everything was in horrible shape the last 3-4 times I played. Shame.

Original review: Absolutely love this course - it is in good shape and a great value. Beautiful neighborhood, nice gas powered carts, no issues with pace of play. The course is just flat out fun to play.

The greens could use a little love, but that is the case with nearly every course in the area at the moment and we're 100% playable. Carts would benefit from GPS screens to help understand where hazards are and distances - this is especially the case playing from the blues so you don't have to ride up to the white tees for a general layout of the hole. Cart paths are rough, but truthfully I'm having to really reach for constructive criticisms.

One of my new favorites in the Jacksonville/St. Johns/Flemming Island area.

Awesome course why you say change in elevation and the dog legs what makes the course. The greens need work not very consistent. You have to play this course more than once to get the feel. This is a course you just don't bomb away from the tee box you actually have to plan out your shots for the best results.

Played the front nine and enjoyed the course overall. The first hole is a demanding par four as is the ninth. Nice venue, definitely plan on playing here again. Thanks
