This course was fantastic. The course was in excellent condition even with the weather happening every day. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were in amazing shape. The layout of the course was quite difficult but entertaining.
I highly recommend this course for an amazing bang for your buck.

Played with 3 others this past week for $139 .00 each it wasn't worth $20 bucks. The course is brown and the tee boxes has little to no grass. Course is in really really bad shape the balls hit the ground and jump up like it was a rock. We played the front 9 in 3 hours and fifty minutes and were harrased by a ranger because there was a gap in front of us. He said time doesn't matter. Group behind us was on time and a solid hole behind us. This course pulls this crap all the time we are done playing here. Course has consistantly gone downhill the past 5 years. Your backyard is in better shape than this course.

The outside staff were great, extremely helpful and friendly. Cannot say the same as far as the course goes. Tee boxes are completely overgrown and banged up. You can be within 5 yards of the 150 mark down the fairway and be hitting out of dead burnt grass. Greens have brown spots and are not well taken care of. Even for a snowbird rate in early January $130 dollars is highway robbery here. A course like Babcock is right down the road with the same fees and much better conditions. It is night and day in comparison. Overall my group had a good time at Magnolia but if you are looking to play a half decent course, this is not the place to go. Save yourself the time and money.

Brother and I were visiting, decided to golf here 2.4.25...charged $142.50 per person!
Not worth the money!
-Greens were mostly brown; patches of dead grass on some; at least one was like putting on concrete.
-Dogs barking, lawn equipment going
-Make you play with others if you don't have 4
-Ponds and areas near them not in good condition
-Drink/snack cart does not take cards; only cash and venmo

I’m here from the Midwest and I’ve played better courses than this. Course was not in great shape and not worth 140$. The practice facility were awful they were not very maintained and than hole 17 felt like walking and putting on concrete, there was no grass on the green. Highly suggest to find a different course

Just needs some TLC & time! Cheap greens fees and club rental. The course is long and plays slow so we only survived 9 holes in this record heat. Apparently we didn’t miss much because the back nine were definitely under heavy repair. The greens were sandy and the ball bounced around a lot. Again Im sad we didn’t see any gators 🤣 I’m sure this is a great course for the price in that area. It just needs some time to get back on its feet.
