David came by for a thorough walk thru but has not followed up

Items from our outside inspection still haven't been addressed 11 months later

We did not receive the home we signed a contract on with a 20k down payment and they would not allow us to even use our outside lender to lock our rate in when the rate was 4 percent at signing with an estimated completion of may 2022

We were delayed many times, not offered any alternative homes in any other Lennar neighborhoods and were effectively homeless from July 1 thru Nov 17

This cost us 6k per month for housing due to the constant push out of the finish and we then missed going back to KC (home) for thanksgiving and had to spend Christmas surrounded by boxes

Lennar took my health from me due to stress and it's simply unapologetic other than our salesperson who was very poorly compensated for his extensive efforts to get us in the home we were under contract for

Very nice new community. The home prices are still fairly Lower than other areas. A major win for this community is the amenities. The community is full of great amenities for such a low HOA. There's a large pool with cabana area. Pool has a mini kiddo water play land, Fully equipped fitness center, a club house for entertaining, water access. A lot of new home communities are not being built with these amenities. The community is a two builder community, meaning there is another builder besides Lennar building homes in this community, but that didn't take away from either builder. Both have nice homes.

I wanna give a shout out to Ryan! Ryan sold us our home back in February. He was with me every step of the way. Even after we closed and settled in, Ryan stayed in touch. He is constantly making sure that we are happy with our home and any time I have had an issue big or small, he has had our backs to make sure it gets resolved. Could not have asked for better customer service than Ryan! He treats his clients like family and does everything he can to make the stressful process of buying a home go as smoothly as possible

I bought a house with Lennar but the whole experience it has been not pleasant…e.g… the day we close on the house I didn’t get even the keys for my new home, but a week someone delivered…. No one followed and whatever we were promised…we have been living in our new home for a month and we still having some pending issues with our new home it has been a very disappointing whole experience

Trinity lakes is probably the most in professional environment I’ve ever has to deal with . This neighborhood is filled with lies and false promises. We got a call in late April saying our house is less then 30 days away and that we should call our mortgage to lock in the rate ASAP, so we did that . Fast forward a week I visit the house because I was skeptical because for the last 10 months it’s been little to no progress and what do you know it’s no where near being finished. So we go in and speak with them in the office and they say they’ll talk with construction and or mortgage guy. Three days later we get a call saying it’s going to be pushed back two more months and we ask what the hold up is ? No answer , then we get a call from our mortgage guy saying the lennar side said we lied about them saying the house will be done in less then 30 days, you can’t make this up ! Stand clear of this place if you don’t want stress and dumb mistakes in your life
