Security guard is super helpful and polite every time I go here for my boss. The homes and water to the right of the parking lot looks peaceful and very pretty.

My aunt, uncle and their adult kids are members of the club, so I've come along as a guest a few times. When I was a teenager, I was told that I had to be on my best behavior here, which is like telling me not to throw someone in the briar patch, or not to sit on a bench with a 'wet paint' sign. Oh, I will. I most certainly will. Watch me. Long story short, I got thrown out for being too loud at the tennis court for losing to a jerk, which embarrassed my aunt to death after she received a lecture from management. It's only been recently that she's started to crack a smile when I bring it up. Just barely.

So many good times can be found at Lakeside, and I've had my fair share of them.

Magnificent private club with superior service and excellent food. However, they don't do so well with seated dinners -- an hour and 15 from reserved seating time until food was served while a roomful of waiters sat together with no food to serve. I expected more organized, efficient service from the kitchen staff.

Old World Country Club Service without the stuffiness. Well maintained golf course and Clubhouse, friendly and professional staff, top tier golf shop, great food, large selection of top shelve wines. Their many family and specialty events are short of fenomenal!

As picture-perfect as a country club could be. Not to be political, but since the notion of universal health care has gone nowhere, maybe it's time to start lobbying for universal country club membership instead.
