I like the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The equipment, basketball court, swimming pools, tennis courts, and locker room are very good quality. The master instructor has given me and my wife personal evaluations and guidance to keep us fit for life. There are associated clubs in nearby towns that may offer more flexibility with my time schedule.

I hope this is a good club. Called last week, was told there is drop-in for volleyball, $180 per month for an adult and a youth. Tuesday for 18+, Thursday for 12+. Today, called and was told there is NOTHING for volleyball here? Insisted receptionist to check on it as I had called. Then told me about the drop-in program. This reception nearly had my child miss doing Valley all in Elk Grove! More training is required for receptionists here.

Very nice place to bring family or even clients to relax. My kids swim here, eat here, shower here, and meet up with classmates here. Sauna, steam room, hot tub, and great wifi! Almost seem like heaven! =P

This place is my favourite in Elk Grove, the staff is very friendly and willing to help anyone with any issues. Gym always clean and organised. Lots of free classes, and too many activities and fun for everyone in the family. I just love this place!

Good luck trying to cancel your membership, they make it difficult to cancel and still continue to charge you.

A little backstory, I was out of the country and tried to cancel while I was away, no reason to pay 2 months($117/month) if I’m not there. So they said I had to come in-person to cancel, I finally got back late in the evening on the 1st, and went to go cancel in person. Because it was on the 1st of the month they couldn’t cancel the following month, even though they hadn’t charged me for it.

They said the manager will call you back tomorrow morning when they are in the office, and they never did.

Very disappointing and frustrating situation after being away on an emergency.

Also forget about trying to use the contact message on their website, multiple attempts to contact and not once got an email back other than the automated response.

Like this gym very nice area. The staff is very nice and polite . The only concern is the pool. The lack of parents not watching their childern, Today was scary due to see a child almost close to drowing. If the children are not able to swim put a life vest or some floties. It doesn't matter it only takes a second for a person to go under and then drown. Then the parents not supervising their children letting their son with a vest going into the large pool without them joing them. It would be nice to see the life guards out eariler today. Would like to see someone from the staff show their presense more often.

Laguna Creek Sports Club is an excellent sports club. The front counter staff are attentive and friendly. The classes are excellent and the club has a friendly atmosphere.

Front desk trainee was super nice! Wish I could remember her name darn it. The club was just ok. We decided to stick with Cal Fit.
