I went for brunch on 1st Sunday. I had wings and fries. The wings were awesome! Everybody in my group said their food was good. The drinks were also really good. I am always looking for new places to venture out, and I’m glad I stopped by. I don’t know if there’s a cover charge; it was sort of late. Being solo, I felt good; the crowd was good, no drama, and people doing karaoke were like a free concert—they were that good. I didn’t have food, but it smelled amazing. I will visit again.

You guys have upgraded the old elks but it’s not easy trying to bring elegance to the hood. Overall I will definitely give this a 4 star nice setting but atmosphere has not changed still ppl trying to light up in club. Dj didn’t obviously was playing YouTube with the commercial

Absolutely Amazing! If you are looking for 1st Class, look no more. Kulture on 1st has raised the bar. An excellent experience locally. It’s what Winter Haven has waited for. Professionalism, excellent service, the music will get you on the floor, the food will fancy your belly and the atmosphere truly says something dynamic about the culture. Don’t meet me there, beat me there. It’s a vibe you don’t want to miss. Period!
