I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kate during my boating excursion, and I must say, her service was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived at the dock, Kate greeted us with a warm smile and infectious enthusiasm, setting the tone for a fantastic experience on the water.

Nightmare experience! CHECK YOUR GAS BILLS AND ALL BILLING! Multiple overcharges.

Jetride has misrepresented their offering on their advertisements for Jax Beach. We took a tour before signing up and they showed us numerous boats. Once we signed up for a membership, the boats that they showed us were no longer available to reserve. We were told by numerous people that they loaned their boats to another boat club. There were only FIVE boats available for reservation. Although they advertise as a “boat and jet ski” club, there are no jet skis. We had to wait a month in order to get a reservation. The pontoon (broken gas gauge) was the only boat ever available. Their advertisement states “20+ boats”…. But you have to drive 30 minutes across town to the other location to get a boat or jet ski.

In addition, billing nightmare!! This company mishandled our billing the entire year. They overcharged us for gas on numerous occasions (by upward to $100 overcharges for gas). They have no sophisticated way of tracking gas and mileage. They said that the repeat overcharges are simply “human error”.

When I cancelled my membership after a year, they also overcharged me $250.

Not sure if they are hoping their members just aren’t paying attention. This was not a 1 time mistake.

I do not recommend this boat club to anyone. Absolutely terrible experience. Take your money elsewhere.

Kate at the Jax Beach location is 10 stars out of 5. She makes every step from walking from the top of the dock to loading the boat, and docking the boat an amazing, personalized and unique experience. Kate is super friendly with top notch customer service. The boats are always clean and ready for us to just get on and enjoy our boat day. The only wishlist item would be to have more boats at this marina. However, if you are looking for worry free boating with amazing services look no further.

I was interested in becoming a member after my neighbor told me about joining. Went by the Jax Beach location with my business partner, who was also interested in joining. We both left our info with a gentleman that worked with Jetride, but was not in sales. Neither of us was ever contacted. Called the corporate office and left a message, never was called back. Tried emailing them, never was contacted back. Place is a joke

We are fairly new to Jetride and we are absolutely loving it. Dylan and Katie are awesome!! Always there when you need them and always willing to help! If you wanna enjoy all the pleasures of having a boat, but not having the maintenance of a boat, then Jetride is it!!! Thanks Jetride for all these amazing memories we will continue to make!

Always a great day on the water!! Our boat is always ready to go, we usually always get Kate as a deckhand and she is absolutely the best she always treats us like we're friends and family not just customers.

Not enough boats. The windward beach marina has only 6 boats available at any given time, while the Sadler point marina which is 45 minutes away has 12 boats and 4 jet skis available.
