If you’d like to receive some quality instruction on boxing and Muay Thai, or are simply interested in trying something new, this gym is a great place to have your needs met. The coaches, Manny and Josh, are extremely professional and make the learning experience challenging and fun! What I love the most about the gym is the positive attitude and camaraderie shared among members. As someone who is very introverted and shy, I have found my experience at this gym to be a great way to come out of my shell and meet new people. Overall, 10/10!

I’ve been training at Instinct for a little over a year and a half. I was definitely shy and hesitant to start but everyone is so welcoming that it was easy to get comfortable. Manny is a great coach and mentor who pushes his students to not only be better fighter, but better people as well. The culture in this gym is amazing with safety being a main priority. I’m so grateful to coach Manny and the rest of the coaches who have helped me grow in both confidence and skills as a fighter. If you check out the gym I guarantee you’ll feel the effort they put in to every lesson.

Hands down, the best decision we made for our boys (11 & 12)! They transitioned from Taekwondo to Muay Thai wanting more boxing, and the coaches have been incredible—patient, knowledgeable, and so encouraging. In just a short time, they’ve learned so much and gained confidence in their skills. The training is intense but fun, keeping them excited for every class. If you want top-notch coaches and fast progress, this is the place to be!

Incredible experience for young martial artists! The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and create a fun, safe environment for kids to learn. The classes focus on discipline, respect, and self-confidence, which has positively impacted my daughter’s behavior both at home and school. We've seen significant improvements in her physical fitness, coordination, and focus. The gym offers a great balance of technique training and conditioning, keeping the classes engaging and challenging. Highly recommend for any parent looking to introduce their child to martial arts!

Great place! Started training there not long ago and have been really enjoying it. Everyone was very welcoming and the coaches really know their stuff. They also take their time to help you out individually if you need help or are having a hard time, which doesn’t always happen in other gyms I’ve been to. I wanted to say as a newbie who has never done any type of martial arts, the team here is amazing. Not just the coaches and the owner who teach the classes, but the community as well. The classes are fun. Everyone is kind and patient. I am grateful for the experiences I’ve had in this gym so far and I look forward to continue coming to classes.
