Absolutely the best exercise program I have ever experienced. Small groups with excellent trainers who push you but are very cognizant of any limitations you may have. You will progress but without pain or risk of injury. And the trainers make it fun and are personable and caring!

Inspire Exercise Medicine has been a very highly positive experience for me. The coaches and staff are kind, courteous, and so supportive. I feel so much better with more energy and strength. The exercises were designed to meet my needs and goals. The coaches made the classes fun with a great workout. The small classes made it possible to receive individualized attention. I’m eating better and have started classes at my club Wellness and Fitness Center. Thanks to everyone for helping me get my life on track again!

Inspire Exercise Medicine is the best thing I did after being diagnosed with breast cancer! The director Ashley, the trainers and the nutritionist Greer are all a part of an amazing team. I struggled with trying to maintain an adequate protein intake. I was able to bring my nutrition issues to Greer who acknowledged and addressed them with me. A plan with strategies was developed which helped me by understanding what I needed to do in terms of building muscle not only with exercise but with my diet. With Greer’s guidance I made beneficial changes in my diet. I now have a normal BMI and feel great being much stronger! I highly recommend Inspire Exercise Medicine because of what they’ve done for me.
