Awesome place.. Very cooperative staff. Equipment are well maintained. Feeling always great while working out there. Huge parking spot. Self checkin just need to install application. They have nice n large swimming pool. Have a locker service.

Great prices for a very solid gym. The equipment is modern, clean and functional and there's enough of it to handle the new years resolution crowd. The pool and spa facilities are great but the hot tub breaks down for a day every few weeks. Locker rooms are also quite clean. The yoga classes are high quality and the staff has always been friendly.

Very clean, bright, well-maintained gym. The equipment looks like it could be brand new and Leslie was extremely helpful. She got me set up with a membership quickly so I could get get right into my workout. Definitely looking forward to working out here again!

I gave these guys a pretty bad review a couple of years ago and they deserved it. I been going there for two years and things have improved, especially the customer service, which now they seem to go out of their way to explain the membership details fully and accurately to me every time I sign up a new member. I had heard from another member that they had a lawsuit against them for explaining the membership one way and then writing it on the contract differently.

The equipment has always been good and the classes are great; and the major reason I am still a member and haven't started using the local free gym in our neighborhood. The maintenance on the equipment, pool and spas has improved and has been fairly decent. I almost signed up for the VIP membership but they downgraded it and no longer allow you to bring a guest 3 times a month so it isn't worth the extra charge for just the towel service and the one tanning bed or the massage chairs they have upstairs but their regular membership is a pretty good deal. I'm going to go ahead and give them the benefit of the doubt and upgrade my review to 4 stars but I almost didn't because of the way they've done business in the past.

Love the gym. So thankful to have it in our town! It is well laid out and the pool is priceless since we don't have a public pool in our town. The gym fills a great need in our community. Very friendly and clean.

This gym is a constant disappointment. It has plenty of room but not enough equipment for when it is anything other than empty. They have over 30 machines for cardio and only 2 actual squat racks. The ceiling has a ton of leaks so when it rains (not very often but it does happen) it leaks an incredible amount. If this gym was not my only real option I would not go there. This gym was closed after the earthquake for a month and still charged my family for our membership despite us not being able to use the facilities.

In-shape is a great place to get a nice work out. They have all the machines you need to get in shape including an indoor pool&hot tub, With a Sana and steam room. The staff is really nice too had no issues with them. definitely rate this a 5 star!!

In-Shape is a great environment and it has been like a second home to me for the past 4 years! It is a place where you can be comfortable, everyone is friendly, and there is a wide variety of equipment and spaces to get your workout on. Being a part of the in-shape experience has helped me become my best self and has boosted my confidence over the years. The kid’s club is also a great place for my child to run around and let loose while I get some much-needed “me time” and afterwards he’s nice and tuckered out for nap time! The only complaint I have about the kid’s club is that there is no verification of vaccine records, which would put me more at ease to know he isn’t exposed to anyone with a preventable disease, which is a policy in a normal daycare or school setting. I’d appreciate if this was taken into consideration, but aside from the kid’s club, In-Shape Ridgecrest is a great place that fosters the health and well-being of the community.
