Used to be a regular a few years back. Loved it! Visited again 11-27. Coals were not being swapped out in timely manner. They also charge gratuity and a service fee now. We had 5 people in our group. On the receipt, it states gratuity is charged for parties of 6 or more. Upon asking our waitress why we were charged, she stated that once the tab hits $75 or more, gratuity automatically gets charged. This did not make sense whatsoever. Forgot her name, but she had dark hair and her name started with a K. We didn't make a scene, just paid our tab, and left. 4 stars because the manager is wonderful though.

Extremely friendly staff and stellar recommendations. Seating is comfortable and accommodating for small and medium groups. Location is perfect if you're looking for a bite to eat nearby.

Great place to have a great date night. they do have a $10 door charge now..trust me caught me off guard aswell but it's totally worth it for your privacy for u an your company!! So shout out to Lakelands downtown One an only hookah lounge!!! Keep up the good work an bless you all!!

Definitely a chill vibe. Was excited to try the hookah which seemed to have great flavors. The charcoal absolutely overpowered everything I tasted nothing but that. They really should consider switching to coconaras or at least offer the option being that it’s a hookah bar. Drinks tasted ok, but pretty sure it didn’t have any liqour. 2 stars for the quick service and the very polite woman taking care of us.

The lady helping us tonight was super nice, and the place has a great atmosphere. Hookah is $15 and beers are very affordable. The whole town around it is nice. Good stop from tampa to Orlando. Definitely going back.

So I'm from NYC and we do hookah different where I am from. If you are looking for a relaxing hookah experience where you just sit and chill this is not the place. It's a pretty cool place--my husband and I were just surprised because it wasn't at all what we were expecting when his cousin said "the hookah spot." This place is like the local bar meets hookah meets a hip hop club. Again, awesome if that's what you went for, but startling when you just wanted to sit on some cushions and chill out.

This was quite a disappointing experience, mainly because I wasn’t able to get in! I tried coming in on a Thursday AND a Friday, and both days, the doors were closed, even though there was a sign on their door saying “Thursday through Saturday: 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. A local told me that sometimes they don’t open on Thursday, but it clearly said on their door that they’re open on Thursday. The same thing goes for Friday. Another local told me they might open at 5:00 PM, and I waited, but no luck. I was very disappointed, and to me this points to bad management. Will NOT be going back. Don’t bother.

This is the best spot in Lakeland for Hookah. Great vibes and awesome service. If you're not into Hookah it's still a great place to get a drink and hangout - great selections for whisky and my wife says they have the best Martinis in central Florida.
