The property is well maintained and very convenient to local restaurants with a private beach. Both Publix and Winn Dixie are less than 5 minutes away. An owner gifted my sister the week as a retirement gift and we had the best time on our girls trip. However, I would not recommend paying for the chair/umbrella service on the beach. It is $40/day for hours 9a-5p but unless you are sitting in the chairs right at 4p when they start packing up then you are out of luck. We missed several days of beach enjoyment. There are many places to buy beach equipment that is way less than $339 for the week! The private beach is absolutely gorgeous at the resort so don't limit yourself!!! I am considering booking a larger unit for a family trip next year.

A great place to stay! Went with friends for a 4 day trip to Destin. This is our second time at Holiday Surf and it was as great as the first time. We stayed in 515. Very clean and comfortable and we had a wonderful view of the beach and pool. The staff is so nice! We needed a later checkout due to Hurricane Helene and they were very accommodating. We are all ready talking about a future visit and we will stay here again!

This was our 1st time staying at this location. The area is beautiful 😍☀️ The staff was beyond friendly and helpful!!💛

However, the unit 609 itself needs some updating. I will say it was very clean and the bed was on the firmer side which we loved!! But the bathroom specifically needs updating. Not even a TP holder lol.

Also, one of the 2 elevators was down the whole time we were there for the week. We specifically looked at the reviews prior to booking regarding elevator issues since my husband cannot currently do the stairs. I was told by numerous people this place has had ongoing elevator issues for a long time. I will say the property manager told me they are currently getting quotes to replace the elevators as they are old. She was super friendly and attentive💛 I had to bump this review to 4 stars. Between the cleanliness, wonderful staff, and outstanding parking!!!

Overall a wonderful vacation however we probably would not stay here, or at least in this unit, again. But I would overall recommend 👌 🙂

I stayed in a two bedroom condo with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony, living room, and dining room. I was with three other people on vacation for seven days. Checking in and out was simple. Access was with push button codes. The staff was super friendly and polite.

Beach access is great. The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed for our stay. There is a Target, grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants within 5-10 minutes of the complex.

The fitness room was disappointing. The air was stagnant and hot. It could use a major upgrade. There were some mostly rainy days where I used the facility. The equipment was okay. It has everything you need to get in a full body workout.

We stayed in unit 705, which is on the top floor with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach.

The cost was a little less than nearby hotel rooms. Everything was expensive. The white sand beaches are amazing.

I would stay here again on a future visit.

Our particular unit, 314 was outdated from the furniture, tvs and bathrooms. The furniture was stained and worn. The TVs were from the early 2000s.
The bathrooms had mildew all in the showers and were in need of cleaning as was the rest of the unit. The resort was nice and clean. The people we’re friendly.

We absolutely love this place. It's a perfect size and a terrific location within Destin. It is family friendly. I believe this is truly the prettiest stretch of beach in the area. I love that it has two tennis courts. Most of the other condos in the area only have one. Many of the other visitors agree, the only thing that would make it better would be if it had a hot tub. I am personally not bothered by this.
