Adi is an excellent coach that teaches the fundamentals of tennis - from proper technique, to foot work, to game strategy. My two sons have been taking lessons with Adi for more than 2 years. They started out as beginners and are now actively competing in tournaments thanks to Adi’s lessons. They look forward to Adi’s coaching because they know that after every lesson there is improvement in their game and something to work on that will make them better. And most important to me is that the boys enjoy their lessons and have a positive experience.

Adi has consistently tailored his coaching to the individual strengths and weaknesses of the two boys and to the level of their game. I highly recommend Adi as a coach whether you’re a beginner just learning how to swing a racket or an advanced player that is looking for an edge on the opponent.

I've tried out at least 5-6 tennis coaches since I started learning tennis and Adi is by far the best I've ever had. I've now moved away from the Bay Area and have yet to find someone who is as good as Adi!

He helped coach me from a beginner with no hand/eye sports or any HS / college sports experience to playing competitive USTA 3.5 matches in less than 2 years. I think Adi's college tennis experience is a big plus in knowing how best to coach different levels. I would also recommend longer sessions with Adi - 90minutes - really get the most out of the lesson!

1. Super detailed on technical strokes: I was a complete newbie and he gave me so many good pointers on very specific ways I hit each of my strokes and how to improve them. I wanted to improve my serve and he also gave me instructions on workouts to help improve my overall strength to get more power out of my serve. He would also film me on my serve and certain strokes which were very useful in dissecting where I needed to correct form.

2. Still get a workout and have a lot of fun: With Adi you get the best of both worlds of having someone who gives you super helpful technical guidance but it's not just you standing there for 30min. At the same time he makes sure you get to put that into practice with specific exercises for specific strokes, footwork, serves, etc. and get a sweat!

3. Responsible, reliable, on time: Adi is always on time, reliable and communicative for any changes in schedule etc. He even was able to introduce me to other hitting partners at my same level which was also very useful. Adi is super personable and would consider him a friend beyond just a great coach. You can't go wrong having Adi as a coach!

Adi is an amazing instructor for players of all levels. He clearly has the skills to coach elite players, having been a serious college player himself. But he also teaches beginners of all ages from 7 to 87, and thinks carefully about how each of them can get the most out of their lessons. I would recommend him to anyone looking to pick up tennis or improve their game. I've been taking lessons with him for several years (starting as a total beginner) and still find myself improving with every lesson.

I have been taking lessons with Adi for two years, and he's an exceptional coach. When I started, I only knew the basics, but Adi introduced me to refined techniques that I’ve come to appreciate more as I’ve played more. His patience stands out, especially when I need to repeat a movement to get it right. His lessons can be intense, but they are great workouts. I have had a lot of fun taking his lessons and feel a sense of accomplishment as my tennis skills improve.

Adi has a way of analyzing strokes and explaining court position that I haven't seen with any other coach.
