This studio is amazing. The Xformer series is my favorite. This facility offers a mix of easier classes and more difficult ones that offer a challenge to avid gym goers.
Also the owner is equally amazing. I had an unpredictable work schedule & Jared, the owner, was always easy to reach and super understanding.

I’ve been coming to HiReformance for almost a year now and Xformer is absolutely AMAZING. The staff is super friendly and they put you to WORK! My favorite instructors are Jared, Luciana and Alexis. No matter how often you go it is always challenging (and humbling). I 100% recommend coming here especially if you love pilates, I promise once you come once you will become obsessed!

I should have given a review a long time ago. I found Pilates to try to help my back and I really lucked out with this studio. All the instructors are super knowledgeable and a joy to take their classes. I recommend this place to everyone! Go to a class you won’t regret it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first class here! I did the Pilates Cadillac Standard and found it to be an even more intense and fulfilling workout than the regular Pilates reformer. All of the staff were super friendly and I found the instructor Christine to be super helpful. Will certainly be going back for more classes!

Power Pilates Plus is the best!!. I've been going for 6 months now and it has changed my life. My biggest reason to start Pilates was my back problems (2 herniated discs), and hips and knee pain. I was not able to do any kind of exercises without feeling pain or getting injured. I was very desperate so I decided to give Pilates a chance. Jared listened to my problems and created a program that helped me strengthen my core and legs. Because I don't have any pain anymore now I'm able to participate in the other types of classes that they offer including spinning and barre. And now I'm in the best shape of my life. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance so you can see for yourself!!

Prior to joining HiReformance, I attended classes at other studios in the area. HiReformance is one of a kind and unbeatable. The studio itself is clean, and has a calm and peaceful ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I feel comfortable asking questions and getting guidance throughout my classes.

I have attended Pilates classes with all the instructors, who are both knowledgeable and attentive. The exercises are always challenging but also accessible, and the instructors offer modifications and adjustments to help ensure that everyone in the class is able to fully engage with the movements. I appreciate the focus on proper form and alignment, as well as the emphasis on breath work and mindfulness.

What I also love about this studio is the variety of classes and equipment available. In addition to reformer Pilates, they also offer classes that incorporate the use of the Cadillac (my fave), and chair. They offer standard and hi-intensity classes.

The studio has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, skilled instructors, and a diverse range of classes and equipment to choose from. Whether you're a beginner or experienced you're sure to find something to challenge and inspire you here.

I have been coming to this fab studio since 2018 and I could not be happier with my workouts and how I look and feel. The variety of classes is awesome and the instructors are very knowledgeable, always there to help, and ensure that you are doing the movements appropriately. I highly recommend!
