I had one visit for a PT eval and then no one showed up for my foloowing visit. I left a message and was told that there would be no PT at thhe location. I was told I could go somewhere else for another eval. The eval was paid for by my insurance. I was totally unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism.

I have been a patient on 5 separate occasions and am completely satisfied with both the aquatic therapy and the clinic. The therapists are very competent, helpful and friendly, and so is the staff.

Excellent therapists, knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive to client needs. Joanne was excellent!
The facilities however were disappointing. The therapy pool had lots of floating debris almost every time I was there, and the changing area and showers are inadequate at best. The place needs a serious makeover and regular thorough maintenance.

The physical therapy department is top-notch. They offer both aqua therapy and traditional physical therapy. All of the therapists are highly trained and skilled. The office and appointments are very organized and managed very professionally by the office manager. As a physician, I appreciate the care with which they treat their patients. I highly recommend them.

Writing this review in hopes for a response. This gym has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. The sauna in the women's locker room has been broken for 10 months or more (this is knowledge since I moved here and got a membership) and despite multiple attempts to contact management via email and message, I have received no response regarding a timeframe for repairs. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable. A broken amenity for such a long period is ridiculous, especially considering the cost of membership here.

Great experience and atmosphere at the Enfield location. I could not be happier with the care. The team there is personable, they listen, and are extremely knowledgeable... and most importantly, I TRUST and have confidence in them. I look forward to the therapy and the comradery each session. Its refreshing after going to a few other places over the years where it was more of a corporate machine with lower skilled and less experienced providers.

If anyone needs physical therapy, I strongly recommend Healthtrax physical therapy. They have a good crew working there, and you will surly get a great workout. Nice atmosphere and you can actually relax.
