i used to personally love coming here but it has continued to go down hill in cleanliness. You walk in and it smells like straight feet and BO. Dust on absolutely everything! i couldn’t even tell you the last time it looked like they mopped in there. Staff and other gym participants are always super nice and sweet but they definitely need to hiring a cleaner, shit you can hire me i’ll clean the damn place. For a gym space that is opened 24/7 and i know gets a good amount of people coming in and out you’d think they’d try a bit harder to make it look nicer.

We Absolutely LOVE this gym! Old school.. good ol iron plates…a ton of machines and free weights…owner and staff are super friendly! I just wished we lived here lol!

This is by far one of the best gyms I’ve ever been in glad I chose this place as my go to gym while on vacation it’s that old school gym for sure great place great people just an all around great gym for powerlifting or bodybuilding this gym has it all the owner is a great guy and has very reasonable prices this will be the gym I go to if we’re in the area again if your looking to workout forget about those big franchise places and give this place a try you won’t be disappointed

Dumbbells to 150, machines for all body parts, squat racks, cable machines, anything you need. Very much appreciated the vibe of just a gym built for men and women that want to work hard and have the equipment to build muscle. Owner worked with a week rate and made it very simple. So glad I came here on our vacation.

No frills , down home feel kinda of gym, no pushy sales , or high-tech equipment . Really comfortable working 💪 out here

Really silly that you can't just walk in and sign up for a membership, unless you luck out and the owner or a worker happens to be there. Otherwise, you have to call and be met at the door. I have never had to do that at any gym I have been to in my life.

On top of that, I was an on/off member for a few years. Primarily, when I would be home during breaks from college. During one of these breaks, I stopped by and signed up, as usual, with whoever the worker was that day. At some point after that, I'm working out with my friend who was a long-time client of the gym. He gets to talking with the owner and mentions I am in town on break from school and working out with him. The owner then asks my friend (not me) if I paid my gym fee, as I am literally standing there in the middle of their conversation.

It's unfortunate the owner appears to have a pretty apathetic approach to bringing in and retaining clientele. And it's insulting he would ask the question he did, to my friend, in front of me, like I wasn't there.

Needless to say, that was my last time giving that business any more of my money. I went to Golds Gym just down the road after that and never regretted it.

Affordable monthly membership, and they have all the equipment you could need for anyone serious about training. One more free squat rack and maybe a hip thrust machine would make solid additions to an already great gym. Open 24 hours for members!
