We stayed in one of the villatel rental homes and the house accommodations were great. We heated the pool at the house, so it was very nice to go into at any point in time, as well as having a jacuzzi spa. We participated in the resort activities 1 night with karaoke and a sip n sunset social, and it was free & fun. And we did aqua zumba, one of the mornings as well, at the community pool. The pool wasn't heated, so it was a little chilly, but I warmed up quickly after moving around. Sheli, the activities director, is great. She's full of energy and great ideas and really helps to get people involved and to participate. The access to and the views of both the Indian river and Melbourne beach were great and very private. We practically had the beach to ourselves. All in all, we enjoyed our week at the property, and we would go back again. We even got to see a rocket launch beachside - that was pretty spectacular to see so close.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villatell Resort, my sister Whitney works for their sister company Baseline and referred us to Villatell. First and foremost it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The villa was impeccably clean and incredibly inviting, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at ease.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, ensuring our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. Waking up to the stunning views from our room was a highlight each morning, and the serene location added an extra layer of tranquility to our vacation.

Villatell Resort truly exceeded all our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, always available and eager to assist with any request. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance of the resort was both luxurious and relaxing.

The home we stayed in for the weekend was great, the staff at the pool, Sheli and Slate, were great hosts. Sheli was amazing with the kids and made sure everyone was having fun with her big energy and great attitude. The planned activities at the pool are fun for everyone, the grounds are very well kept and everything worked as it should. This is definitely a place I would consider if visiting this area again.

The best place to take your family for a vacation. Amenities are amazing, including the pool club, and the private beach access. The beach is just a few mins walk, and the daily fun activities offered at the pool club!!! It is just the best place to take your family for a vacation. Highly recommended.

Living directly next door since the opening and rental of these houses has been a nuisance. Loud music, talking, etc. late at night. The guest who are on vacation have no concept of what quality of life is for the people who live here year round and have to go to work the next day. Apparently there are no rules regarding quiet hours, etc.(I’ve stayed at airb&b’s and there were rules regarding behavior and quiet hours). Your response doesn’t address the issue. All of the rentals are directly adjacent to Ocean Ridge and starting at 8AM until late at night you can hear children screaming and adults talking loudly. One weekend morning I heard the a family eating breakfast because the patio door was open and the cling of plates and flatware could be heard as well as their respective conversations. Again the renters are on vacation and have no regards for the lazy beach town atmosphere. Besides some of us work from home or may have medical conditions. Obviously, the planning of the development did not take any of this into consideration. As well as your response.
