Ni siquiera es bonito...No! Es un paraíso!!! Seguridad, confortable, aseado, excelente arquitectura, paisaje y urbanismo en perfecta comunión, descanso y tranquilidad y por supuesto, la cultura y el civismo de quienes viven y visitan éste hermoso lugar!!!

Amazing fun and beauty, even the drive is beautiful! The pools are great, although I would love to see the addition of a hot tub! There is so much to do in the community, from bike trails fishing and many other sports. Hammock Bay is a short drive from anywhere worth visiting, such as the award winning beaches and amazing restaurants across the bay.

Nice subdivision with well maintained homes and common areas. Nice facilities including a general store, swimming pools, fitness room, boat and RV storage, outdoor movie screen, bike paths and sidewalks throughout the upscale community, dedicated pet area, and a new neighborhood restaurant area along with regularly available food trucks within the community common area. Each subdivision within the large community has easily accessible stocked fish ponds for the residents to enjoy.

Great community for families with small children, wonderful amenities and close to the Freeport Recreational Center. The place to be, if you love Halloween or love Christmas decorations.
Plenty of family events, far away from tourists and seasonal residents.
It is an HOA community, so you need to follow the rules, they won't let you trash your place and hurt the appraisal of your neighbors' houses.

I lived here for 3 years and moved away. I have missed it ever since and plan to move back in the near future! Hammock Bay was the best place I have ever lived! It is just so relaxing and serene to drive through on your way home. The amenities are so awesome!

We purchased a home in Hammock Bay and will be moving in soon. First, the entire place is fantastic. Second, Anne and Gina could not have performed better as our real estate agents. We were purchasing from out of state, sight unseen, so we really depended on them to handle a lot of things for us, give us great advice, and above all - be open and honest!!

I cannot recommend Anne or Gina highly enough, they are by far the nicest and most honest real estate agents I have ever used. Keep it up, Ladies!

For anyone looking to live in Walton county or close to the beach but not on the beach Hammock Bay is a great family oriented community. Has several subdivision and continues to grow. Every home is beautiful and living there you gain access to pool,gym etc...anyone looking to live here should check there
