I do enjoy the steam room though!

This was our first time here for a swimming meet and honestly it is one of the best (nicest) YMCA locations we’ve ever been to.

Love this place but there are so many treadmills and only two stairmasters- which are consistently broken - and it’s a very popular machine- please pretty please invest in more stairmasters or at least invest in working ones!

A great environment for families ! The facility is very clean and the workout machines are working perfectly. The pool is great as well and people are friendly!!! Kids seimming lessons are a plus !

The facility is very nice, however beware of false promotions upon sign up. I signed up under a 25 percent off promo and was sent a receipt to my email stating that I would be charged 25 percent off MONTHLY. When I called because I was charged the full amount, I was told that there is just some kind of already known computer glitch and that I was only being offered 25 percent off the first month. I don't like writing bad reviews but I feel like people should be aware since this was admittedly a known problem. Other than that the staff has been extremely helpful and pleasant.

We had our first walk through yesterday and I was highly impressed. The two women we dealt with were exceptional and the facility was state of the art. There was an overwhelming array of equipment along with pools, a gym and various other items. We are joining!

This faculty had been dishonest about their policies on several occasions. First, they told me I could cancel my membership but still charged me for an entire month, even when I canceled before the next month started. We recently signed our child up for swim classes and they charged over $100 for 3 lessons which were taught by a teenager that didn’t have a schedule for any class she taught and who nobody could hear for the majority of the class, and who didn’t learn any of the (5) children’s names in the 3 classes we had with her. We were also told that it would be okay to only sign our child up for a month to see if he liked the water, and that there would be spots later on to sigh him up for the next session. This was a lie and now we can’t even take him in hopes of getting a better instructor. 10/10 would not recommend this YMCA and am happy we will be moving to s different area with hopeful better customer relations.

Pools are nice however my kids cannot play basketball in the gym. Even if we go in the morning they have pickleball and take up both sided of the gym. The gym is never available for all to use. pickleball and teenage basketball games are the only activities that go on in the gym. No volleyball no soccer.
