I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gym Kennedy, and my experience exceeded all expectations. The equipment available is a perfect mixture of advanced and trustworthy - a sign of the commitment this gym has towards providing such a fantastic environment. From cardio machines to free weights, Gym Kennedy offers a wide range of equipmentthat caters to all fitness levels.

What truly sets Gym Kennedy apart, however, is the incredible atmosphere fostered by the dedicated community. Thanks to Jim Kennedy!Even at 4am, the gym was buzzing with energy, and the camaraderie among members was palpable. It's a testament to the vibrant and motivating environment cultivated by both the staff and patrons.

Unfortunately, I couldn't capture the inspiring scenes with photos, but I can attest that Gym Kennedy is not just a place to work out; it's a community where individuals are driven to achieve their fitness goals. The commitment of the early-morning crowd speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere within the gym.

A friend brought me once and it was plenty to want a membership here. It's easy getting in my own head and sweating for as long as I feel like. There's tons of equipment, it's clean, the people are wonderful and I feel comfortable there whether it's midnight or 2pm. Gym Kennedy is the best gym I've ever been to.

Absolutely awesome facility! Been going here for years. With every add on this place just keeps getting better and better. Having the different areas separated is a big plus for me. You got free weights and treadmills up front. A whole wing dedicated to weight lifting with all the bars, racks, plates, and equipment you could ever need. Even has a turf area for sleds and a large area for calisthenics. So many details I'm forgetting but this is my favorite gym and the owner is the most down to earth person in the world. Atmosphere, music, and community is top tier here. Way better than any chain gym out there.

I love going to Gym Kennedy. There's equipment there that you won't find at any planet fitness. Assisted pull-up/dip machine, turf area for sled push/pull, heavy bags for farmers carry, etc. Jim, the owner, keeps it clean and tidy. I just started doing a 5am circuit workout with a group of older gentlemen. Jim sets the information out for the circuits while we are warming up. Really tough workouts but I'm already seeing a difference in my conditioning and in my shoulders and arms. Highly recommend the gym.

I can't say enough good things about Gym Kennedy in Edmond! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and part of a community. Jim is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and always ready to help you reach your fitness goals. The facility is spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with top-of-the-line equipment.

The variety of classes offered caters to all fitness levels, and the trainers are simply the best – they genuinely care about your progress and make every workout both challenging and fun. I’ve seen amazing results since I started working out here, and I love the supportive, motivating environment.

Came in from out of town, easily one of the best gyms I’ve been too. They have all the equipment you could need. Had access to the gym 24/7 which is great. Jim is also a super nice guy. Really felt like if I lived there I could make it my everyday gym.

Ran across this gym by lucky accident and couldn’t be happier. They have everything for athletic training, and I do mean everything: turf track for small yardage sprints, large and small tires, racks galore, gymnastic rings, boxes, battle ropes, TRX, etc. One thing they do not have is tons of people crowded the racks or a meat market atmosphere. Everyone here feels like family and I can always get my workout done in an hour with no breaks. My college sons absolutely love the gym as does my husband and varsity athletics daughter. Jim is also a great trainer and helped prepare my daughter in her offseason for her state championship volleyball season. Her gains in strength and flexibility as well as positive mindset were invaluable.
