The course was truly breathtaking, offering stunning scenery and meticulously maintained greens. The tee boxes were easily the best I’ve ever played on, providing an incredibly smooth and consistent surface for every shot. Overall, the exceptional condition of the course made for a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable day of golf. However, I was quite disappointed to find that the restaurant closed so early, at 5 pm. After finishing up a round in the late afternoon, we were hoping to unwind with a meal and a drink, but the early closure really limited that experience. It would have been great if the restaurant stayed open a bit later, especially to accommodate those finishing rounds later in the day. It somewhat detracted from an otherwise fantastic experience at the course.

Perfect golf! Just check it out if you’re in the area or even if you’re not. Lived up to the hype for sure. We played a scramble so I can’t wait to go back play with some buddies! The 18th hole finish is super cool with the lake house to the right watching.

Played here today for the first time (8/11/24). The course was in near perfect shape. The rate of play was 8/10. All and all had a great time. We'll definitely be back to play it again.

Very nice course but amenities suck, we had a 3:40 tee time and by the 9th hole everything was closed to get drinks and food. Also no cart girl so make sure to take drinks from home with you.

This place is worth every minute of the drive and every dollar you can spend.. I have played every course in the sierras and this is on the top of my list.. like mixing old greenwood with Rock creek in Montana.. one of my favorite golf experiences to date. Sam at the pro shop is a class act and the service and atmosphere is awesome. Love this place. Going back as soon as I can.

What a great Golf Course. This course is in great shape. The greens are awesome. We were met by Caleb the GM and treated like the best golfers in the world. At the end of our round we had a meal fit for a king by Chef Michelle. This was the best experience I’ve ever had as a golfer.

It was a smoked 3 1/2 pound tomahawk steak with a maître d’ butter it started the meal with a butter leaf salad with a champagne shallot vinaigrette slivered apple and Montego cheese the potatoes were roasted sweet potatoes with caramelized onion, chutney, and cheddar cheese the dessert was a dark chocolate truffle rolled in powdered sugar, and Chantilly cream to dip your truffle in the truffle was with a little bit of bourbon. Then you had the shots of Bulleit Bourbon

Grizzly Ranch is a beautiful golf course and very well maintained. The 2 par 5's no. 3 and no. 12 are 500+ yards from the forward tees and no. 3 has a long carry to the green, so ladies, beware. Also all visiting golfers beware. The online rate says $175.00 however we were charged $181.12 each, they added an "Admin Fee" 3.5% or $6.12 each without telling us. I asked the lady at check-in for a receipt, she was very quiet and said she could text it to me. By the time I got the text we were on the first tee so I had no time to go back in and question the charge. We are not happy about this extra charge, would have appreciated knowing about it before checking in. There is no mention of the fee online.
