Grand Palms Golf course has a lot of potential but as it is, it’s a mediocre facility. The course layout is excellent. It is challenging and fun to play and the fairways are in great shape. But the greens are horrible, with lots of dead patches as if it was sprayed with weed killer in circular patches. Management has been promising repairs but I haven’t seen much progress. Also, the restaurant is rarely open and there is no refreshment cart, at least on weekdays. Maybe because there aren’t enough clients to make it worthwhile, probably because of the condition of the greens. The carts are in good shape and the staff is friendly. I hope that they can get the greens repaired soon. If they do, I will revise my review and probably play there more.

My first time playing here, my group of friends booked the tee time. I was NOT looking forward based on reviews.
I had a GREAT time!
Love the layout. Love the 3 different 9 hole courses. Driving range, putting green. I was surprisingly happy with everything.
Tee boxes good shape, fairways very decent.
The greens are a tad thick but in great shape for the most part, and putting us actually quite nice.

The worst greens and course I’ve ever played on. Charged $50 for unplayable greens and complete disregard for their t box and fairways. These were the good photos. When speaking with the golf shop, it was all shrugs and apologies but no explanation to why no warning was provided. They pointed to a tiny sign that they never brought up during payment. Take this place off the GPS

The staff was incredibly useless. The rooms were disgusting with roaches and the smell of cigarettes. The courses were bland with pot holes and Rough terrain. The green was definitely not green yellow patches everywhere the smell of animal urine and feces.

I’m only giving them 2 star because I’ve never seen such good grass on the driving range. But sadly, they don’t have the same grass on the greens. There are many sand spots on the greens, making them so unpredictable. I got really pissed after seeing that and the guy from the pro shop told me oh the greens are a 9/10. Definitely not. The greens are a 4/10 and they don’t even pass. That’s on the Grand course. The Royal course is a little bit better in terms of that, like a 6, but still I don’t think it’s worthy.
This is a good course for someone that has just started or maybe 15 year old kids that go friends to have fun.

Everything is outdated here. It's a 3 9-hole course with narrow fairways and plenty of water hazards. The green conditions are OK with some patches of weeds and the speeds are average. Ant mounds are everywhere throughout the course. These ants can sting you very badly if you step on one of the mounds. Ask me how I know it. This could be a painful course for those who have accuracy issues.
