this place is amazing! what an incredible experience to get to heat up & then cold plunge directly into the bay (followed by a warm cup of tea)! the atmosphere is so peaceful & serene, like a true spa retreat. the staff are exceptionally kind, considerate, & helpful, and the space feels very welcoming, accessible, & respectful. overall absolutely love good hot's inclusive values, which are clearly reflected in how everything is so thoughtfully run. highly recommend!

I love Good Hot!! This is my second visit and can’t wait to go back. I use a manual wheelchair and they’ve been super helpful and kind. I put into about needing the sauna with the ramp in my registration and they had everything set up for me when I got there! They even remembered that I had been there before and what I asked for last time. I love being here it feels like a retreat. Very queer disabled friendly and beautiful views. All the changing rooms and restrooms are also accessible. Def 10/10 recommend

This is such a special place. The saunas are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Come during high tide and bring water shoes so you can take a dip in the bay.

Good Hot is wonderful, we had such a pleasant experience there today! The saunas are excellent, impeccably clean and our reservation was ready the moment we arrived. Our sauna, “Picture Window” I believe, has a beautiful view of the bay which was so peaceful. The saunas are right by the ocean, which was great because after about 20 minutes at a time in the heat it feels amazing to dip in the cold ocean. The staff was kind and informative 🙂
Upon completing our time there today our bodies feel restored and our post trail run muscles are soothed. We will absolutely be back!

This place rocks! The view is amazing, the staff is great, and the saunas are beautiful. Be sure to check the tide so you’re not walking a long way for a dip!

Another heads up, there is potable water on site for water bottle refills.

Can’t recommend this place enough, the staff seem to have a dedicated commitment to making a Nordic spa style sauna/water circuit experience available and accessible to all. Can’t wait to go back!
