The Golf Knolls Association is the third and last phase in the Knolls, which also contains two other phases. In Murrieta Hot Springs, we have a lot of friendly people, which contributes to the overall pleasant atmosphere of this location.

Unfortunately, some of the power-hungry residents mismanage the HOA.

The Board of Directors has allowed illegal and harassing activities in the neighborhood. They allow under-age residents in a 55+ community, violating HUD laws.

I reside here in Golf Knolls, it is my personal opinion that there is much favoritism. This includes enforcement with the CC@R's, and much arbitrary decisions. I have been here for a very long time, nice people, nice place, but is ruined by the encroaching cancer of consistence of negligence.

It is now hard to fill the boards positions, I WONDER WHY?

Nice area to lounge and meet different people from the area. Large pool and pool tables for your enjoyment. Small conference room to rent for private parts and always something going on here from the community.

Golf Knolls is an age 55 community and I live there. The community center has everything you need to enjoy it.
