This gym has more than everything ne3ded to get the job done, no matter how you train...for me personally, the fact that they have a pullover machine was a very pleasant surprise, because it's an often overlooked but highly effective piece of equipment for this eif us in the "know".

Pretty decent gym . Pricey for a day pass the dude with short dark hair at the front desk wasn’t helpful at all had a pretty bad attitude he was more involved on what was going on in his phone and acted like I was a bother when I walked in and asked for a day pass . After my workout I bought a tshirt and he even acted like it was a struggle for him to ring it up . Other than the foul attitude worker it is a pretty good gym.

Nope. Waste of time.
I’m temporarily living in Florida and wanted to find a place that would offer a 1 month membership. The website says you can have a free one day pass. When I arrived, the receptionist rudely asked for my “local resident ID” and quickly barked at me that I’m not welcome to use that pass unless I’m a resident. She obviously has an issue with people who aren’t residents. She offered me a day pass for $20, which was hard to accept after her rudeness…but I wanted to work out. She gave me no instruction, no tour, no information whatsoever. It is clear they aren’t interested in gaining new members!
I asked about their sauna, and guess what..another $20 which I declined.
The equipment is old. Several machines were out of order. There were RUSTY weights! Are you kidding me? The place is dirty and didn’t even have supplies to wipe the machines. The locker room was a joke. Worst gym I have ever experienced - both the equipment and the staff.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Gold Gym's customer service, and I must say, it was absolutely abysmal. I have been a loyal member for several years, but after this incident, I am seriously considering canceling my membership.

Firstly, the staff at the front desk seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. They were unhelpful, and lacked basic knowledge about the gym's policies and procedures. It was evident that they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the needs of the customers.

Moreover, when I approached a staff member to inquire about a billing issue, they displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing my concerns, they brushed me off with a dismissive attitude, making me feel like my concerns were insignificant. It was clear that they had no intention of resolving the issue or providing any sort of satisfactory solution.

To make matters worse, when I tried to escalate the matter to a manager, I was met with further disappointment. The manager was nowhere to be found, and the staff seemed clueless about their whereabouts. It was as if they were intentionally avoiding any responsibility or accountability for their poor service.

I find it utterly unacceptable that a gym of Gold Gym's reputation would allow such subpar customer service to persist. As a paying member, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was clearly lacking during my interaction with their staff.

In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before joining Gold Gym. Their customer service is shockingly inadequate, and it is evident that they prioritize profit over the satisfaction of their members. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out a gym that values its customers and provides the level of service they deserve.

Beware of their ABC charges a.k.a third party they will never give you a credit for all the extra charges…
