Glastonbury Country Club went above and beyond for our June ‘23 wedding. I could not recommend them enough. I truly think that a big reason we had such an amazing experience with them was because of Allison. On our wedding day, she was everything we needed & more! She executed my vision perfectly, was there when we had a groomsmen wardrobe malfunction, and was even outside trimming the grass with scissors before our ceremony so that it would look perfect.. the food was absolutely phenomenal and all the guests raved about it. Everything was so clean & professional. You can’t go wrong!

We recently had our wedding at GHCC and it was so amazing! We couldn't be happier with the venue. The staff are wonderful people, they truly made it all so stress-free. The food was AMAZING, the space is beautiful, and the prices are super reasonable for this area.

I had my bridal shower here last weekend and it was fantastic! Everyone on staff was so helpful and sweet. Communication leading up to the day was excellent. The food was great and the setup was perfect. They quickly assisted with things we needed like the photo display on the TV and connecting to their speaker to play our own music. Although it was very rainy, we still benefited from the beautiful large windows that lets all the natural light in and has a great view of the pretty grounds. I highly recommend GHCC!

Let me say I would give this place 5 stars but the attitude of the permittee is unacceptable. This is a venue for celebrations and Frank took the joy out of it by 8:20AM.
I was hired by the bride to put together her wedding. Imagine the excitement that I had when finally, everything I've been creating and making was ready to execute and I got a crabby old man from the start of the day!
I arrived to decorate for 8:30. The tables were already clothed and silverware and napkins were down when I noticed the table numbers weren't correct and asked if he'd like me to help move them...he said..."walk away!" smh...ok then...I now know who he is...so I shut up and got busy.
Two of my ladies arrived to help and when they got to the table numbers on the tables, they starting picking up the paper seating numbers...Frank comes over like..."I didn't tell you you could pick up those papers"...I'm like "so sorry we'll put the back down" when he continued to reiterate that he didn't tell me we could do it! All I could say was..."I heard you!" I'm like wth...this guy!!
Now the girls went outside to decorate the ceremony pergola when I asked Frank if he'd like to go over the seating chart
with me so we can get it right and be on the same page...his response..." I don't have time for that...I'm busy!"
Ok then " I'm putting my table numbers down on the tables that I confirmed with the bride so good luck with your food dropping if you don't want to work it out. He then brought out the seating chart. "I have a chart" said Frank...(so do I)...table numbers 1-11 he had set the room! BUT, there was a change...he knew! 13 tables now, he knew...he added 2 tables...BUT he didn't have the updated chart adding table 7 to the left side of the room and he set it on the right. He said he sent an email to confirm and the bride didn't respond! There it is...his communication wasn't completed or confirmed and he was going to take it out on me. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I communicated with the bride and confirmed BEFORE I made the name placed seating chart with table placement and numbers! I couldn't bite my tounge anymore and I had to tell him they way he talks AT ME is unacceptable. I don't work for you and I will not allow you to talk to me with an attitude. I walked outside where my girls were to get some air and one of them said...that man is so rude!! They didn't hear us inside!! He was rude to them too!

It's a shame that it was my first and last time I will ever want to work at this establishment and I thank God I don't work for Frank.

Let me add all other staff were wonderful throughout the whole event and the venue is top notch...BUT, FRANK is in the wrong business.

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at The Hills Labor Day weekend of 2022. The venue is beautiful and perfectly manicured. The new pergola was a nice touch. The reception space is beautiful from the minute you walk in the doors. The views in the main room are stunning and breathtaking. The gold chairs and high ceilings make the room feel very grand and are a great setting for a wedding. Frank was very accommodating to all our requests. Allison was amazing- she anticipated and exceeded our needs and wants from the early stages of planning to providing helpful updates during the party. Everything ran smoothly and was handled eloquently. The staff was attentive and friendly. The Bartenders were smiling all night long. All my guests were complimenting the delicious food and gorgeous venue. The bridal suite was perfect for me and my wedding party to gather ourselves before the ceremony. The aesthetic and decor was very modern and clean. I had the best time at My wedding and I’m very Grateful to The Hills management & staff for providing the perfect space for us to celebrate with our loved ones. 10/10 highly recommend!
