My husband and I rented the parlor room to have a very small baby shower with about 20 people and it came out lovely! The sweet ladies, who work here are very accommodating and provide tables and allow you to come prematurely to plan your set up if needed. If I ever needed to rent somewhere in the future, I would definitely come back here!

I had my wedding here. It was beautiful, affordable, and no extra restrictions about alcohol. It can seat 100-125 max but it will be crammed. I had like 45 guests so it was nice and cozy. Great for photos. The venue even let me do a rehearsal. Very sweet ladies that run it. If you’re on a budget highly recommend, they also redid the flooring and got white chairs right before my wedding which was a beautiful surprise! The pricing was great I think total I paid $800 excluding a $300 deposit that I received back 2 weeks after the wedding.

I officiate wedding here and it is adorable & charming. The gazebo is the garden is perfect for the ceremony or photos. The space inside is large and they provide the tables and chairs. Bring your own Officiant, DJ, Florist & Caterer. Highly recommend

Rented this venue for my mothers 75th birthday and it was outstanding! Loved the provided tables/chairs and attatched kitchen space, it was perfect! Would absolutely rent this venue again for any similar sized event!

DO NOT DO ANY RENTALS FROM THEM! We rented out the building on a Saturday. First off they waited to tell us the oven was not working the day of our party which we did not get any accommodations for the oven not working. The building and appliances is outdated and old. They charge a $300 deposit +104 for renters insurance. They find every excuse not to refund you your deposit. We cleaned the building from top to bottom. There were confetti outside from the balloons, which we went back to get it all cleaned up because they was going to charge us $70. Then they continue to have every excuse not to refund the deposit. Sandy was our contact which she would only text us about the issues. We tried calling her several times to discuss the issue that we disagreed with, but she did not answer. Very unprofessional. Just beware if you rent with them you would have to pay a ridiculous renters fee, and you will not get your deposit back.

Photographed a wedding here today. I liked the fact that the owners just opened it up to the bride and groom and let them do their thing. It was nice not having owners breathing down the guests neck. I’ve dealt with that at other venues. I did hear that the electric wasn’t working this morning which caused some of the food for the wedding to be cold. Other than that I think it’s a nice venue.
