5-Star Beachfront Paradise in New Smyrna Beach!

This condo is an absolute gem! Beautifully appointed with stylish and extra comfortable furnishings, it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better—right on the gorgeous, pristine beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand. It’s also within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, charming shops, and everything you’d want for a perfect vacation.

The condo itself is spotless, well-equipped, and feels like a home away from home. The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay enjoyable. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise or unwinding after a day in the sun, this place is pure perfection.

This was our fourth year spending multiple weeks in Silver Linings unit 603 of Oceana Beach Club/Plaza, New Smyrna Beach, Fla. Not sure where to begin! We love this beautiful Condo on the beach!! It’s a perfectly charming apartment! The decor is lovely and welcoming and is well supplied with everything we needed for cooking and beaching. Its proximity to a multitude of quaint shops and a large variety of eating options, not to mention the beach make it uniquely walkable and relaxing. The pool is very nice, the staff is helpful and courteous and the shared facilities are convenient and well maintained. Sitting on the beachside balcony sipping a cocktail, after a day at the beach, bike riding or shopping feels pretty darned heavenly!!! We will certainly be back.

We LOVED Oceania Beach Club. The condo was very nice close to everything beach pool and dinning. The front staff were always very helpful, thank you Brittany and Molly. We extended our stay because of Milton and that was also very easy to do. Again thanks to all of you!!! we had a wonderful time and look forward to returning 😉.

Everything about this condo at New Smyrna beach is excellent! It is clean, up to date and has everything needed for a fabulous stay! It has every convenience of home. The view of the sunrise was beautiful from the balcony this morning! The owner Tim and his staff at the front desk are so kind and accommodating to answer any questions. It’s a home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful vacation at your condo!

Oceania Beach Club #104 is a beautiful space with the best possible views in NSB. Upgraded and comfortable. Lots of nice little extra touches.Wiuld definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience here! Super sweet & helpful staff, the room we had was GORGEOUS, not to mention in walking distance from Flagler ave. Getaway Rentals is definitely my new go-to for vacation rental in New Smyrna beach!

As a home owner who had this company supposedly manage my short term rental, my advice to anyone who is considering using their services is to steer well clear! From false promises leading to failure to deliver and a total lack of professionalism on all counts, made this experience one of the worst I can remember!
A smooth sales pitch by the owner on aging the listing lead to lie after lie after lie!’ I could write a dissertation on all aspects of this nightmare but would probably run out of space..
On closing, my advice to anyone considering Getaway, is do NOT allow your asset to be managed by this inept company .Heed this warning!
