Customer service is not great. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. I called in advance for a board game and then told them I was on my way to retrieve it only to show up and they had given the board game away to another customer. I explained to them that I wanted to support their business and not shop online. I even asked when they could order more board games. On top of this, I even asked them if I could pay up front while they order the board games and I could wait to get it shipped. They did not have a definite answer for me. They revealed that the person who spoke with me on the phone did not inform the other employees, and they then also sold the game. There is poor communication at this business. I will be telling my friends not to shop here and I will not shop here either. You lost a very passionate customer of board games. And I spent my five hundred dollars at a different boardgame store.

Great place and very nice people. They helped me get my kid the newest Pokemon card set at msrp! I love supporting locally however some of the other LGS around here have turned into the secondary market with a brick and mortar store to sell over msrp on new releases, what a shame. This place earned my business in the right way.

Looking for a huge, well stocked gaming and comic book store? Here you have it. What an amazing FLGS! Plenty of pops, figures, dice, collectables, comics and most importantly board games. Visiting this store mainly as a board game enthusiast it is a superb collection. From you basics like Pandemic and Catan to Kickstarter Exclusive editions of board games. Usually well stocked on new released titles as well. One of Florida's best gaming and hobby stores. Staff is amazing also. Can't wait to make our return.

This place is seriously great. I go for the game store half because they let you sit in there and play the demo board games they have on their shelf which is a great way to kill some time with friends and family for basically free (although I usually end up buying one of the games). They host card games like Magic The Gathering and Pokemon, and you can reserve space for games like Warhammer or D&D. The staff is so sweet, friendly, and accepting. The parts of the shop dedicated to comics, figurines, and Funko Pops seems pretty neat if you're into that, and they've even bought a small adjacent shop to sell discount comics out of.

This is one of the best places to go to game. And it really has everything for gaming: board games, miniatures, role playing, star wars x wing, magic, and just recently bloodbowl has made a big comeback. Thursday evening you can game until 2am! Friday night magic is a thing. They do all of the MTG releases and events too! They have a library of board games that's free to sample. Finally, the space available is amazing (it used to be a movie theatre). You have never experienced gaming like this before.

Largest boardgame collection I have ever seen near Orlando - Melbourne area. The staff is very helpful. If you are looking for some old board games they can put you on the waiting list. A lot of game-improving gadgets for sale in the store.

Not a huge fan of this place. Kinda sketchy feeling, always get ignored or talked down to by staff. Rarely have anything I’m actually looking for. I’ve been here about 10 times over the years and every single time I’ve regretted coming in. I’m generally pretty polite to everyone and I’ve never actually voiced a complaint in person, but I still generally get treated poorly when I come here. I don’t know if that’s because they treat everyone poorly or if they just treat me poorly in particular and I don’t know which one’s worse.

I dislike this place so much that I don’t understand how anyone could possibly give it a positive review.
