Great course and fairly priced. Well-maintained, friendly staff, greens are in great condition for a public course. It’s a fun course to play, especially if you want to play a quick round. Good hole layout with some challenging features.

Getting pretty tired of this place as if I go here to practice Monday- Thursday just randomly they will have mats only, or their range will be closed on a perfect beautiful day. This one random Tuesday at 1100 i went and their range was closed! They advertise a " large chipping and putting green" which was very nice to use, as it is very well kept and simulates a real green but they recently put a "no chipping" sign out. So instead of using a nice green to practice chipping we are now forced to use a chipping "green" that is one: not a real green; two: not a well kept patch of grass; and three: has bare spots and weeds all over it. Also did I mention the range prices? $17 dollars for a large bucket that has less than 150 balls in it. And $8 for a small bucket that has less than 50 in it! Other than the expensive prices I've never been able to use the actual range grass all summer long because if I ever randomly went there the grass would be closed, when there are multiple areas where it has beautiful grass. The mats are old and lumpy to hit off of. And the range itself is incredibly sloped, so goodluck trying to hit pitch shots less than 100 yards, and actually gettinga correct distance Anyway I will not be using this place to practice again as I can never use their grass, and they now shut down their nice chipping green, for a putting only green.
I can say though their course is in average shape, with patchy tee boxes, fairways and greens. The greens do not play consistent and the speed of each green is different. The tee boxes are full of divots. But I will say the course has some nice bunkers. I'd probably will not play here again as for 35 dollars on a Wednesday afternoon seems the right amount to keep this course in a good shape, but they are ultimately not keeping the course in good shape.

Easily the worst round of golf I have ever played in Georgia. Don’t do it. I mean this because frankly, after I get once a week to play…MAYBE, with my group…if we are all in town and families etc permitting. And we got this….

1) Staff is ratchet kids who don’t care. Easily the worst cart paths I’ve ever seen, they're straight dangerous.

2) Sold me a 4 top tee time at 2:35, the pace is so messed up here that we didn’t finish the 9 until 4:45 and it’s a par 3 course. Then some rude as hell kid came around and said we had to have our carts in, in 15 minutes, we weren’t even done with the front 9. Buddy says we can walk the rest of the course. That makes zero sense as we could have, because we just did finish out the 18. He came around at 17 and said we could walk it out again. DONT SELL GOLF YOU CANT PROVIDE. $46 FOR A LATE STARTING 9 HOLE PAR 3 COURSE IS A BAD DEAL, YOU COULD JUST PAY NORMAL GREEN FEES AND NOT DEAL WITH ANY OF THIS AT A PRIVATE COURSE WITH PUBLIC TIMES. YOU SOLD 18 WITH A CART.

3) The tee boxes are straight unmaintained trash.

4) Tee position doesn’t matter, you will use your 7 iron/wood to 60 degree the entire time basically. It’s 136 yards uphill or downhill center of green.

5) Because the pace is all jacked up, the tee boxes are always loaded and since it’s a bunch of children out on the course everyone is trying to drive the ball all the time leading to a constant yelling on the course. My partner came about an inch from getting smoked by a kid trying to drive a par 3….toed it and sent an absolute heater into our green.

6) The fairways are obstructed by old growth pine and they haven’t gotten an arbiter in to clean the fairway lines. The obvious path down the fairway is obstructed by dead pine overgrowth. You will hit the ball pretty perfect to only have an obviously dead part of a pine take the ball, which is findable but if you have a quality ball a drunk kid a hole over will steal it.

7) drunk kids in your fairway just driving around. Drunk kids stealing your ball as each hole wraps onto each other so if you fade or draw a little, you are in the 15 feet of pine straw that separates every hole.

8) I feel stolen from, full stop. Rude staff, poor course maintenance, wonky rules, drunk kids everywhere, bad, bad pacing.

If you are interested in having either A) a nice time or B) quasi take your golfing seriously avoid this place like plague. You might think “$46 in green fees, seems ok”….its not, it really really is not.

Course was in good condition even though it was rainy. Staff were nice and helpful since it was my first time here so for that I’ll give and extra star, but pace of play was the worst I’ve ever seen on a course. I’m a single and it took 2 hours for 9 holes. Course wasn’t even super busy either. Course isn’t even a 72 either so it’s not even a full length course and I waited 15 mins on every tee box. People taking their time even though there’s people stacking up and it’s like waiting in a line at a grocery store, but for a tee box. This needs to be fixed. Schedule tee times farther apart or get the Marshall to do something instead of riding in his cart with his AirPods in

If you want to get stuck behind a 5 some that wont let groups play through, then come to Fox Creek. If you want to play behind 4 players playing out of 2 bags, then come to Fox Creek. Wasted a beautiful day having to deal with awful pace of play and no marshal and no action by the staff to do anything.
