This place rocks. I love going here every morning. It has the perfect equipment for bodybuilding and powerlifting. The early morning staff is friendly and they keep this place clean. Always vacuuming or mopping or cleaning up plates laying on the ground. I appreciate all the effort they put in to keep the place nice. I recommend this gym to anyone newbie to advanced lifter. It’s got everything you could ever need to build every muscle in your body.

Great 24 hour facility with a private gym feel. Always clean and weights are where they're supposed to be. The manager, Barak, takes care of member's needs and keeps the place running smooth. The facility has most of what you want and everything you need. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get some solid workout sessions in but not have to deal with the craziness of big box gyms.

I came to Sacramento for work and found this place thanks to Instagram. After reaching out I was happy to find out that this place let's you do day passes and everything. The machines were nice it was a great gym. Highly recommend.

The staff shows care and doesnt let the angry customer get them riled up. Solid neighborhood gym, with plenty of equipment, would recommend if you live in the area.

I had to find a new gym and so glad I found this place! Arianna at the front desk was so helpful and sweet when I first walked in, I only planned on trying the week pass but after talking to her I just signed up. Smaller space but they have a lot of equipment, huge turf area, sauna in women’s locker room and complimentary towels for your workout. It’s hard to find a new gym that feels welcoming but everyone is chill and good energy.

Best gym in Sacramento hands down! I’ve tried multiple times getting myself started on my health journey and always failed but fitness system is a straight vibe. Great staff that makes you feel at home and the people working out are super friendly.

Been going to this gym for over a month. I've never wanted to go to the gym. Might be because of laziness or it just never caught my attention but since day one this place had me feeling motivated. They have child care so they help take away that excuse plus everyone that goes, seem to go just to workout and leave which I love. No tiktok stars here. I definitely recommend.
