Five stars. Helen and the rest of the staff at 1440 are awesome.

Equipment is maintained, when the padding gets worn out, it gets replaced. There's a ton of equipment and the facilities are clean and nice.

I love going to Reb3l groove classes! That's actually all I do at the gym is group classes that help motivate me and ensure I'm getting a good workout... Reb3l is so much better then Zumba and makes you feel sexy and more confident! I drive 30 mins to see my favorite instructors! Shannon, Janna and Kim are the best and I love how personalized and fun they make it! Strength is great for conditioning too and really makes you feel strong. Best part of my week are these classes! ?
The gym just got new ownership and seems to be undergoing a makeover so that's good!

The staff is friendly and the manager will do everything in her power to take care of the customer (at least within reason). The person who works the front desk he is awesome. Always wiling to help and has a great attitude (red hair).

Overall experience:
It’s not worth the price of the gym. The website is deceiving and appears to have a bunch of amenities, but you have to pay addition to the membership to take group fitness classes. If you are looking for a gym that is less crowed, this place is for you.

It’s definitely a combination of boutique fitness and a big box gym.

I was a little disappointed to come back to a gym I used to go to all the time and it not be up to the same or higher standards.

Joined in 2019 before the facility was built.

Long story short: the new owner changed everything about the gym. Increased price, bills customers 2x per month, removed equipment, to take it to the other gym they own, closed off areas that used to be accessible. Removed group fitness to make this an add-on for profitability.

What used to be a fun/easy-going/flexible environment, changed to an uptight, exclusive gym with less offerings.

Bummed to lose such a nice facility to one person’s short-sighted focus on the bottom line.

Haley is a fantastic trainer. I've had lower back and hip pain for years, even having surgery to correct disc issues. After training with Haley for just a month, my lower back and hip pain is gone. I'm now focused on training for greater athleticism, rather than just being pain free.

Moved over here from 24 Hour Fitness because it's closer to my house, actually accessible 24/7, and at least for now they have an insane veteran's discount ($30/mo instead of $80) although I would not be surprised if that proves unsustainable. It has almost every machine I want, except maybe a prone supported row. If you are looking for safety bars, hex bars, TRX, they have it, and everything is clean, organized, and not cramped. Due to the high price of regular membership, it's never very busy, but there's almost always someone there if you need a spot.

Mountains AreCalling

Website claims sauna and cold plunge but they don't have them. Cleanliness is an issue at times. Small free weights space that's always busy even if there's only a few people in the gym.

Great staff, equipment is ok. But the prices are outrageous, kept getting higher and higher, was 15 bucks per month, now it’s 70 a month, this gym is not worth 70/month. 24hour is a better price for what you get than this place
