Excellent Boxing, Wrestling, and MMA training. Coach Mike and his staff are top notch. Bring your kids ages 8 and up weekdays 5-6p and train with them! Awesome Adukt class 6-7p you will sweat up a storm while luberating any stress! Real training in combat sports from real coaches whom actively take competitors to events. Just a real fun place.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at this boxing gym as a beginner! Coach Mike is incredibly patient and supportive, guiding me through each step of the training process. I started training here about a year and half ago and boxing was one when the best things to ever happen to me! When i first started training here, i was completely out of shape and was looking for a great workout to get me motivated and in shape again. I'll be honest when i first entered i was a little uncertain if i was going to able to box and keep up with rest of the students. With the coaching by Michael Nowling, Barry, and support by my peers, i've been able to take my game to a whole another level! Boxing has become a lifestyle for me now and it really helps you with personal growth as well. I would highly recommend this club to anyone looking to take their physical and mental fitness to another level and grow with a club that i look at like a second family now!

Great place, with great people. But the training is horrible. I was there for a year and never once did i do any mitt punching, sparing, nothing of the sort. The coach never actually engaged with me. Never was my punching or kicking form fixed, i was just senselessly punching a bag and doing pushups. Could just go to crunch and do the same thing for 20 bucks a month.

Great gym. Mike will push you. They have fighters but you don't have to be one. I'm not and have no desire to be. But if you want a place that will keep you accountable and get a great workout this is it. Tons of the people here are seriously talented and if that's your thing you'll be at home but there are plenty like me who haven't done any boxing before coming here.

If you’re looking for a gym to get work this is the place, the camaraderie that these gentlemen have here is unmatched in other gyms. You become part of a family that no matter what happens in your life, they will always welcome you back, but don’t get it twisted they will work you till that dog comes out!!!! FIGHT ME!!! Best gym around!!!
